This resets all network settings, your lock screen password, and home screen layout. Enrolled fingerprints and facial data will also be deleted. It does not delete files like photos and music. Go to Settings > System & updates > Reset, touch Reset all settings, and follow the instructions.
Restore Factory Settings (Factory Reset):
This operation will erase all data on your phone, including accounts, app data, system settings, installed apps, music, and images. Make sure to back up your data before proceeding. Go to Settings > System & updates > Reset > Reset phone, touch Reset phone, and follow the instructions to restore your phone to its factory settings.
