What are the installation requirements for the PREMIUM PCH762DR cooker hood?
To ensure proper installation and performance of your PREMIUM PCH762DR cooker hood, please follow these requirements:
1. Do not install the cooker hood where there are many doors or windows, as this can affect the exhaust efficiency due to air convection.
2. Install the cooker hood directly above the hob. The recommended distance between the hob and the lower edge of the cooker hood is a minimum of 650mm and a maximum of 700mm.
3. For optimal performance, do not elongate the exhaust pipe too long. Try to minimize the number and severity of bends in the exhaust pipe and ensure the connection is airproof.
4. After hanging the unit on the wall, ensure the hood is level and vertical.
5. The air outlet must not be connected to chimney flues or combustion gas ducts. Under no circumstances should the air outlet be connected to ventilation ducts for a room in which fuel-burning appliances are installed.

Match the bracket to the holes of the inner duct cover and fix it well with M4 screws. Then, match the bracket to the holes of the outer duct cover and fix it well with M4 screws.
Step 3:
Insert the inner duct cover into the outer duct cover.
Step 4:
Match the holes of the outer duct cover and the blower box. Fix the outer duct cover to the blower box using 8 M4 x 10 screws provided.
Step 5:
According to the size of the hook keyholes, drill 3 holes in a level line on the wall. The holes should be 8mm in diameter and 60-70mm in depth. Press the 3 provided expanding tubes into the holes. Fix the hook using the provided 5×60 wood screw. Then insert two M4x10 screws into holes A and B to fix the hook steadily on the wall.
Step 6:
Hang the entire PREMIUM PCH762DR hood unit onto the hook. Ensure the hood is level and vertical.
Step 7:
1. Raise the inner duct cover to the desired height and mark the two keyhole locations of the outer duct cover bracket on the wall with a pen.
2. Gently lower the inner duct cover. Drill the keyholes 60-70 mm deep on the marked horizontal line using an 8mm drill bit.
3. Press the provided expanding tubes into the holes.
4. Align the inner duct cover with the holes and tighten it using two 5×60 wood screws.
Step 8:
Extend the air outlet of the exhaust pipe out-of-door. Try to make the bend of the exhaust pipe more than 120°.
