5. Open the machine’s back cover (the face-up output tray) for thick paper and labels to ensure a straight paper path.

6. Send your print job to the machine, making sure to select the correct paper type and size in the printer driver settings.

For Envelopes:

1. Before loading, press the corners and sides of the envelopes to make them as flat as possible.

2. Open the machine’s back cover (the face-up output tray).

3. Pull down the two green levers inside the back cover.

4. On the front of the machine, open the manual feed slot cover and adjust the guides.

5. Using both hands, put one envelope in the manual feed slot with the printing surface facing up until the machine pulls it in.
