Wet laundry (“unbalance” on display). Small amount of laundry unevenly distributed. Loosen and redistribute the laundry. Run a Drain or Spinning program. Increase the amount of laundry for the next wash.
Traces of grease on clothes. Laundry was very greasy. Wash again with more detergent or a more powerful program.
Still stains on the laundry. Used bleach-free detergent or unsuitable program. Use a detergent that contains bleach. Use special stain removers.
White powder residue on laundry. Phosphate-free detergents with zeolites. Immediately rinse the laundry again. Use liquid detergents without zeolites. Try removing residue with a brush.
Powder left in dispenser. Water pressure not high enough or damp powder. Clean the net on the water supply hose. Choose High water level. Wipe compartment before adding powder.
Odour in the drum. Development of germs and bacteria. Choose the Drum cleaning program.
Machine is moving. Feet not adjusted correctly. Level the feet.
Transport bolts not removed. Remove the transport bolts.
Noisy (loud) drain pump. Drain pump filter is clogged. Make sure the drain pump filter and housing are clean.
