Cleaning the auto dose system is important for correct operation. Clean the empty container regularly, at least once a month or with every other filling.

1. On the right side of the lower part of the dosing container, press the release mechanism and completely remove the container from its housing.

2. On the underside of the container, push into the opening of the left and right compartments of the ADS to remove the tank from the container housing.

3. Remove the tank cover using the tab on the rear side. Rinse the tank under water and clean it thoroughly, using a brush if needed.

4. Also open the tank cap and clean it.

5. Clean the dosing container interior.

6. Reinstall the tank into the housing of the dosing container.

7. Use a brush to clean the nozzles on the upper and lower parts of the detergent compartment housing inside the machine.

8. Put the dosing container back into its housing and close it.

It is recommended to clean the pump filter once a month.

1. Before cleaning, drain the water from the machine using the “Drain” program and disconnect the appliance from the power mains.

2. Open the pump filter cover. The door opening tool, located on the front right side of the dosing container, can be used for this.

3. Release the small water drain hose from its holder.

4. Place a large shallow container under the hose, then open the cap to drain the remaining water.

5. Gradually rotate the filter in the counter-clockwise direction and pull it out.

6. Clean the filter thoroughly under running water.

If the washing machine door does not open, it could be due to one of the following reasons:

• **Water level is too high:** Drain the water using the “Drain” or “Spinning” program.

• **Water temperature is too high:** Wait for the water temperature to drop. If you still cannot open the door, you may need to use the emergency door opening tool.

• **Door is not properly closed:** Firmly press on the washing machine door until you hear two clicks.

If the door is locked due to an error, you can try to unlock it by pressing and holding the Start/Pause button for a while.

The washing time can be extended for several reasons:

• **Low inlet water temperature:** Colder water requires more time to heat up, which can extend the program duration.

If your laundry is too wet at the end of a cycle and the “unbalance” message appears, it means a small amount of laundry was unevenly distributed, preventing a proper spin cycle. To resolve this, loosen and redistribute the laundry in the drum. You can then select the “Drain” or “Spinning” program to remove the excess water. For future washes, try to increase the amount of laundry in the machine and restart the program.

This is usually not due to poor rinsing. It is often caused by phosphate-free detergents that contain ingredients like zeolites for water softening. These ingredients may be deposited on the laundry. To remedy this, immediately rinse the laundry again. Consider using liquid detergents that do not contain zeolites. You can also try removing any residues with a brush.

If the machine is moving or excessively noisy, check the following:

• **Feet not adjusted correctly:** Ensure the machine is level. Adjust the feet and tighten the lock nuts as described in the installation instructions.

• **Transport bolts not removed:** Make sure the transport bolts from the back of the machine have been completely removed.

• **Unevenly distributed laundry:** The machine will try to redistribute the load. If it cannot, the spin speed will be automatically decreased. Try increasing the amount of laundry and restarting the program.

• **Drain pump filter is clogged:** A clogged filter can cause a loud noise from the drain pump. Make sure the drain pump filter and its housing are clean.
