1. Please do not place the device in a humid or hot place, such as bathroom or a greenhouse.

2. In case of water damage, please have the device checked by a qualified technician.

3. Do not try to clean the unit with chemical solvents as this might damage the finish. Wipe with a clean, dry or slightly damp cloth.

4. Please keep the radio away from direct sunlight, or place with a magnetic field source.

5. To avoid risk of fire or electric shock, do not expose this appliance to rain or moisture.

6. Changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the user’s authority to operate the equipment.

7. Do not leave the batteries in the battery compartment for a long time. They may leak and damage the radio.

8. The use of any controls, adjustments or procedures other than those specified herein may result in hazardous radiation exposure.

9. Before turning the unit on for the first time, make sure your power adapter is suitable.

10. If you do not intend to use the unit for a long period of time, disconnect the power adapter from the wall outlet.

11. The plug of the power adapter is used as a disconnecting device. The wall socket shall be easily accessible.

12. To prevent hearing damage, do not listen at high volume levels for long periods.

1. Open the battery compartment cover and insert 2 batteries size AAA/LR03, observing the polarity marks, and close the cover.

2. Set the function switch to AM or FM.

3. Turn the volume control knob to turn on the radio and adjust the volume level.

4. Tune into the desired station with the tuning knob.

1. Connect a pair of headphones (not included) into the headphones jack.

2. Adjust the volume control to the desired listening level.

2. Keep your radio dry. Rain and humidity can damage the radio parts.

3. Do not attempt to open the case. An un-expert handling of the device can damage it.

4. Clean your radio with a soft cloth dampened with water.

• The batteries are low.

• For FM, the headphone cord is the aerial. Extend it completely.

• The volume is too low.

• The batteries are empty or incorrectly inserted.
