What is the overall view and button layout of the phone?
The phone has a flip design. The key components are:
• **SOS Button:** Located on the back of the phone for emergencies.
• **Main menu & Control menu:** Central navigation pad with a center OK button.
• **Shortcut Keys:** A dedicated FM radio button (FM) is provided.
• **Keypad:** Standard numeric keypad (0-9) along with star (*) and hash (#) keys.
How do I install the SIM card and battery?
1. Open the back cover of the phone by using the notch at the bottom.
2. Insert the SIM card(s) into the designated slot(s).
3. Align the battery contacts and insert the battery into the compartment.
4. Replace the back cover and press down until it clicks into place.
How do I power the phone on or off?
To power the phone on or off, press and hold the red end-call/power button for 2 seconds.
How do I charge the battery?
You can charge the phone in two ways:
• Connect the charging cable directly to the micro-USB port on the side of the phone.
• Place the phone into the charging cradle and connect the charging cable to the cradle.
How do I change the sound profile (Normal, Vibrate, Silent)?
To cycle through the sound profiles, press and hold the hash (#) key for 2 seconds. This will switch between Normal Mode, Vibration Mode, and Silence Mode.
How do I adjust the volume?
During a call or when listening to media, use the up and down keys on the central navigation pad to increase or decrease the volume.
How do I access and navigate the main menu?
Press the OK button to open the main menu. Use the directional keys to navigate through the icons. Press OK to select an option or the Back key to return to the previous screen. The main menu includes:
• Contacts
• Messaging
• Calls
• Settings
• Multimedia
• Camera
• Tools
• Internet
How do I set up and use the SOS function?
To set up the SOS function:
1. Press OK to enter the main menu.
2. Navigate to Settings and press OK.
3. Select Phone settings.
4. Select SOS and configure the emergency contacts and message. *Check the details with your operator.
To activate the SOS function in an emergency, press and hold the dedicated SOS button on the back of the phone for 2 seconds.
How do I manage incoming calls?
• **To answer an incoming call:** Press the green call button once.
• **To reject or end a call:** Press the red end-call button once.
How do I access the camera?
Press the dedicated camera button (with the camera icon) once to launch the camera application. Use the on-screen options to capture a photo.
How do I change the language?
1. From the main menu, go to Settings.
2. Select Phone settings.
3. Select Language settings.
4. You can change the Display language or the Writing language from this menu.
How do I access and control the FM Radio?
• **Access:** Press the dedicated FM button once to start the FM Radio.
• **Controls:**
– Use the left and right navigation keys to scan for and change stations.
– Press the center OK button to play or pause the radio.
How do I access my text messages?
1. Press OK to open the main menu.
2. Navigate to the Messaging icon and press OK.
3. From here you can select options like Write message, Inbox, Outbox, etc.
How do I set up speed dial?
1. From the main menu, navigate to Settings and press OK.
2. Select Phone settings.
3. Select Speed dial.
4. Choose a number key (2-9) and assign a contact from your list.
How do I restore the phone to factory settings?
1. From the main menu, go to Settings.
2. Select Phone settings.
3. Select Restore factory settings.
4. You will be prompted to enter the phone password. The default password is 0000.
5. Confirm to reset the device. Note: This will erase all your personal data.
