How do I connect the AIWA ASP-A200 speakers to each other and to a power source?
Follow these steps to connect the speakers and power them on:
1. Connect the right and left speakers using the included Digital Speaker Cable. Plug one end into the “AUDIO OUTPUT” port (17) on the right speaker and the other end into the “AUDIO INPUT” port (18) on the left speaker.
2. Connect the included Power Adapter to the “POWER PORT” (12) on the back of the right speaker.
3. Plug the other end of the Power Adapter into a wall outlet.
How can I connect the AIWA ASP-A200 to my TV?
There are four methods to connect your AIWA ASP-A200 speakers to a TV:
Method 1: Connecting using an Optical Cable (Recommended)
Use the included optical cable to connect the TV’s optical digital audio output to the “OPTICAL INPUT PORT” (10) on the right speaker.
Method 2: Connecting using a Coaxial Cable (Not included)
Use a coaxial cable to connect the TV’s coaxial digital audio output to the “COAXIAL INPUT PORT” (11) on the right speaker.
Method 3: Connecting using an RCA Audio Cable
Use the included 3.5mm to RCA audio cable to connect the TV’s RCA audio output jacks to the “AUDIO INPUT” (16) on the right speaker.
Method 4: Connecting using a 3.5mm Audio Cable (Not included)
Use a 3.5mm audio cable to connect the TV’s headphone or audio output jack to the “3.5mm AUDIO INPUT” (15) on the right speaker.
What should I do if there is no sound from the TV or the LED lights are not working correctly on my AIWA ASP-A200?
If you are experiencing no sound from the TV or soundbar, or if the LED indicators are not lighting up properly, you may need to adjust your TV’s audio output settings.
1. Go to your TV’s settings menu.
2. Find the “Audio Settings” or “Sound” section.
3. Locate the “Digital Audio Output” setting.
4. Change the setting from its current value to “PCM”.
Please note that some TVs may have different menu options and lists. Consult your TV’s user manual for specific instructions.
How do I connect a Bluetooth device to the AIWA ASP-A200?
Follow these steps to pair your Bluetooth device with the AIWA ASP-A200:
1. Turn on the speaker system by pressing the Power button (9). The Power LED will light up.
2. Enter Bluetooth mode by pressing the Bluetooth button (22) on the remote control or the Mode Switching button (6) on the side of the right speaker. The Bluetooth LED (2) will start flashing blue.
3. On your phone, tablet, or other Bluetooth device, turn on Bluetooth and search for available devices.
4. Select “ASP-A200” from the list of devices.
5. Once the connection is successful, you will hear a tone and the Bluetooth LED (2) will turn solid blue.
What is the function of the RCA button on the AIWA ASP-A200 remote control?
Please note that the RCA button on the remote control and the Aux Input on the AIWA ASP-A200 speakers perform the same function. Pressing the RCA button on the remote selects the auxiliary input source connected to the RCA and/or 3.5mm input ports.
