The main components of the AIWA EBTW-100 are as follows:

To charge the AIWA EBTW-100 charging case, connect the included USB Type-C charging cable to a suitable power source and to the charging port on the case. The case LED indicator will blink GREEN during charging. Once fully charged, the LED indicator will turn solid GREEN.

To charge the AIWA EBTW-100 earbuds, place them inside the charged charging case. The earbud LED indicators will light up in RED, indicating that charging has started. Once the earbuds are fully charged, the LED indicators will turn off. The earbuds and charging case can be charged simultaneously.

The AIWA EBTW-100 earbuds have both automatic and manual power functions:

Automatic Power ON: Remove the earbuds from the charging case. They will turn on automatically and enter pairing mode.

Automatic Power OFF: Place the earbuds back into the charging case. They will turn off automatically.

Manual Power ON: Press and hold the touch control area on both earbuds for 3 seconds.

Manual Power OFF: Press and hold the touch control area on both earbuds for 5 seconds.

To pair your AIWA EBTW-100 earbuds, follow these steps:

1. Remove both earbuds from the charging case. They will automatically turn on and link with each other.

2. Once the earbuds are linked, the LED indicator on one of the earbuds will flash RED and BLUE, indicating they are in pairing mode.

3. Turn on the Bluetooth function on your mobile device.

4. Search for and select “AIWA EBTW-100” from the list of available Bluetooth devices.

5. Once paired successfully, the LED indicators on both earbuds will turn off.

The earbuds will automatically reconnect to the last paired device if it is on and within the Bluetooth range.

Previous Track	Press and hold the Left (L) touch control area for 2 seconds.

Answer/Hang Up Call	Tap the touch control area on either earbud once.
Reject Call	Press and hold the touch control area on either earbud for 2 seconds.
Activate Voice Assistant	Triple tap the touch control area on either earbud.

If your AIWA EBTW-100 earbuds are not functioning correctly or have pairing issues, you can perform a reset. Follow these steps:

1. Disconnect the earbuds from your device and turn off your device’s Bluetooth.

2. Turn on both earbuds manually.

3. Tap the touch control area on both earbuds 5 times simultaneously. The LED indicators will flash RED and BLUE, then turn off.

4. Place both earbuds back into the charging case. The reset is now complete.

5. You can now take the earbuds out to pair them with your device again.

If you experience issues with your AIWA EBTW-100, try the following troubleshooting steps:

One earbud is not working:

1. Place both earbuds into the charging case and take them out again. This should automatically pair the earbuds together.

2. If they still do not pair, perform a reset on the earbuds.

The earbuds are not connecting to the device:

1. Turn off the Bluetooth on your device and turn it back on.

2. Then, try pairing the earbuds with your device again.
