How do I wear the TOZO earbuds correctly?
Step 1: Ensure the ear cap is pointing downward, then place the earbuds into your ear.
Step 2: Rotate the earbuds back towards the auricle side until they fit snugly.
Note: Having the ear cap facing up is the incorrect way to wear the earbuds.

How do I pair the TOZO NC9 Plus earbuds with my phone?
1. Open the charging case. The earbuds will power on automatically and connect to each other within 10 seconds.
2. Observe the earbud lights: If fully charged, the earbud will flash blue light for 5 seconds, then the light will turn off. If not fully charged, it will show a red light until fully charged.
3. On your phone, turn on Bluetooth, search for the pairing name “[TOZO-NC9 Plus]”, and select it to connect.

How do I reset the TOZO NC9 Plus earbuds if only one works or they fail to pair?
If you accidentally get only one earbud working, or fail to pair them together, please reset them:
- Delete all “TOZO-NC9 Plus” records from your phone’s Bluetooth list, then turn off Bluetooth on your phone.
- Take both earbuds out of the charging case. Press and hold the touch panel (MFB Touch Pannel) on both earbuds for 5 seconds until the red lights turn on, indicating they have turned off.
- Press and hold the MFB Touch Pannel on each earbud again for another 5 seconds until the blue light turns on and then off.
- Quickly double-click the MFB Touch Pannel on each earbud. The reset process is complete when the Purple light turns on for 1 second, followed by both earbuds flashing red and blue alternately.
