How to pair the TOZO NC9 earbuds via Bluetooth?
- Take out 2 earbuds from the charging case, they will automatically turn on and connect with each other within 10 seconds.
- The two earbuds flash red and blue light alternately. (Pairing Mode)
- Search for pairing name [TOZO – NC9].
How to wear the TOZO NC9 earbuds correctly?
- Ensure the eartip facing downwards, then place the earbuds into your ears.
- Rotate the earbuds back to the auricleside to fit snugly.
Note: Eartip facing upwards is the incorrect way to wear the earbuds.
What are the smart touch controls for the TOZO NC9 earbuds?

How to turn the TOZO NC9 earbuds on and off?
Power on: Pick up the earbuds from the charging case, it will power on automatically.
Power off: Put back the charging case will power off and charge automatically.
How to reset the TOZO NC9 earbuds?
- Delete all [TOZO-NC9] Bluetooth records on the phone, and turn off Bluetooth. Take earbuds out from the charging case, press the touch panel for 5 seconds to turn the earbuds off.
- Press both earbuds for 5 seconds till the blue light goes out, and then quickly double-tap the panel. The reset is complete once the purple light is on.
Note: If your device displays [Connection failed], Please delete all [TOZO-NC9] pairing history and pair again.
How to charge the TOZO NC9 earbuds and case?
Place the case upright on the wireless charger. (Wireless charging pad not included)
Or charge the case via USB-C connector. (USB-C cable included)
Don’t put wet earbuds into the charging case, fully dry off the earbuds before charging.
Don’t place the case face up or face down.
