Can I use the vacuum without the filter?
How do I mount the vacuum cleaner on the wall?
- Mark the location for the base charger screw holes (8) on the wall. Ensure it is within reach of an electrical outlet for charging.
- Choose appropriate screws and plugs for your wall type and the weight of the appliance. Fix the base charger (6) to the wall using these.
- Hang the appliance by placing the opening of the vacuum base over the hook (9) on the base charger.
How do I charge the battery?
- Before first use, charge the battery for at least 10 hours.
- Place the appliance on the charging bracket (base charger 6) whenever it is not in use.
- Ensure the appliance is switched off.
- Place the appliance onto the base charger (6).
- Plug the charger (5) into a standard electrical outlet (120V/60Hz).
- Leave the appliance to charge for at least 9 hours for subsequent charges.

How do I empty and clean the dust bowl and filter?
- Press the bowl release button (2) and pull the dust bowl (3) straight off.
- Hold the dust bowl (3) over a trash can and pull out the filter (10) to empty the contents.
- If washing, clean the dust bowl (3) and filter (10) in warm soapy water. Ensure both are completely dry before reinstalling.
- Insert the cleaned (and dry) filter (10) back into the dust bowl (3).
- Replace the dust bowl (3) by pushing it back onto the handle until it clicks firmly into place.
How do I use the accessories?
- **Brush tool (7):** Useful for furniture and stairs.
- **Crevice tool (11):** Built into the dust bowl. To use, pull the extension piece out until it locks into position. To store it, press the release button (12) and push the crevice tool (11) back into the dust bowl.
- Insert the accessory into the front of the dust bowl nozzle (4).
- Make sure the accessory is fully pushed in.
When and how should I replace the filters?
- Remove the old filter as described in the “How do I empty and clean the dust bowl and filter?” section (Steps 1 & 2).
- Fit the new filter as described in the same section (Steps 4 & 5).

- Neutralize with a mild acid such as lemon juice or vinegar.
