What precautions should I take when handling and setting up my TCL 75QM9K?

To ensure your safety and the longevity of your TCL 75QM9K, please follow these precautions:

Handling: Be careful when removing the TV from its box, as it is heavy.

Placement: This television is a table model designed for a firm, flat surface. Do not place the TV on soft carpeting or similar surfaces, as this can block ventilation slots and lead to overheating. To ensure adequate ventilation, maintain a spacing of at least one (1) inch from the top and sides of the TV, and two (2) inches from the rear of the TV and other surfaces. Make sure the TV stand or base is of adequate size and strength to prevent it from being accidentally tipped over, pushed, or pulled off.

Power: The Power button on the TV and remote control places the TV into a very low-power standby mode but does not completely turn the power off. To completely disconnect the power, you must unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.

General Safety: To reduce the risk of fire or electric shock, do not expose this product to rain or moisture. The product should not be exposed to dripping or splashing, and no objects filled with liquids (like vases) should be placed on it.
