The ROBOROCK QV 35A FCC system includes the following components as shown in the diagrams:

For optimal performance of your ROBOROCK QV 35A FCC, place the charging dock according to these guidelines:

1. Place the dock on a hard, level floor against a wall.

2. Ensure there is sufficient clearance around the dock: at least 0.5m (1.6ft) on both sides, 1.5m (4.9ft) in front, and clear space above (B3-1, B3-2, B3-3).

3. Do not place the dock in cluttered areas or near stairs (B1, B1-2).

4. Ensure the location has good Wi-Fi coverage.

Follow these steps to set up and charge your ROBOROCK QV 35A FCC:

1. Connect the power cable to the back of the charging dock and plug it into a wall outlet (B2-1).

2. Organize any excess cable into the cable tidy slot on the back of the dock to keep it neat (B2-2).

3. Place the robot vacuum onto the charging dock, ensuring the charging contacts on the robot align with those on the dock. The power indicator will light up to confirm it is charging (B2-3).

To start a cleaning cycle, lift the top cover of the robot vacuum and press the power button (C1). The robot will then begin cleaning.

To maintain the main brush of your ROBOROCK QV 35A FCC, follow these steps:

1. Turn the robot over and press the latches on the main brush cover to remove it (D1-5).

2. Lift the main brush out of the robot (D1-6).

3. Remove the caps from both ends of the main brush (D1-7).

4. Use the provided cleaning tool to cut and remove any tangled hair or debris from the brush (D1-8).

5. Re-attach the brush caps, place the main brush back into its compartment, and securely lock the main brush cover back in place (D1-9).

To clean or replace the side brush, turn the robot over and use a screwdriver to remove the screw holding the side brush in place (D2-1). Pull the side brush off to clean or replace it (D2-2).

To clean the omni-directional (front) wheel, firmly pull the wheel and its axle out from the bottom of the robot (D3-1). Rinse it with water to remove hair and dirt (D3-2). Allow it to dry completely before reinstalling.

Follow these steps for regular dustbin maintenance:

1. Open the top cover of the robot and remove the dustbin assembly (D5-1).

2. Open the dustbin lid and empty its contents into a trash can (D5-2).

3. Remove the filter from the side of the dustbin (D5-3).

4. Gently tap the filter against a hard surface to remove loose dust (D5-4).

5. Reinstall the clean filter and dustbin back into the robot (D4).

Yes, the dustbin and filter are washable. Follow these steps:

1. After emptying the dustbin, rinse it thoroughly under running water to clean it (D6-1).

2. Rinse the filter under clean water (D6-2).

3. Important: Allow both the dustbin and the filter to air dry completely for at least 24 hours before reinstalling them. Do not use a wet filter in the robot (D6-3).

To ensure proper function, regularly clean the sensors and charging contacts:

1. Using a soft, dry cloth, gently wipe all the cliff sensors located on the bottom of the robot (D7-1, D7-2).

2. Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the charging contacts on the underside of the robot (D8-1, D8-2, D8-3).

3. Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the charging contacts on the dock (D8-4, D13-1).

4. Wipe the dock location beacon on the front of the dock (D13-2).

5. Do not use a wet or abrasive cloth for cleaning these components (D9).

To replace the dust bag in the dock:

1. Open the top lid of the dock.

2. Lift the dust bag out by its handle. The bag will seal itself as it is removed (D10).

3. Dispose of the full bag.

4. Slide a new dust bag down into the slot until it clicks into place (D11).

5. Close the dock lid.

Periodically check and clean the air duct of the dock to prevent blockages. The diagrams show unscrewing a cover at the bottom of the dock (D12-1), removing the cover (D12-2), wiping the air duct clean (D12-3), and reattaching the cover (D12-4).
