How do I assemble the INSE S160 vacuum cleaner?
1. Attach the Cleaner Head to the Tube: Insert the tube end into the cleaner head port until you hear a click. To remove it, press the metal tube release button with one hand, hold the tube with the other, and pull it out.
2. Attach the Tube to the Main Motor: Insert the metal tube end into the suction port of the main motor until you hear a click. To remove it, press the main motor release button with one hand, hold the main motor with the other, and pull the handle to remove the main motor from the tube.
You can also attach accessories like the 2-in-1 Brush or Long Crevice directly to the main motor or to the end of the metal tube.
How do I operate the INSE S160?
1. Preparation:
Check if the battery power is sufficient. It’s suggested to charge for over 5-6 hours before the first use to ensure the best performance. Choose the appropriate attachment for the cleaning area/surface.
2. Start to Work:
• 2-1: Press the power switch to turn the vacuum on. Press it a second time to turn it off.
• 2-2: Press the speed regulation button to switch the power mode between MIN, MID, and MAX mode.
• 2-3 (Lock Function): To keep the vacuum running without holding the switch, press the power switch to turn it on, then push the lock button. The vacuum will continue to work. Push the lock button again to turn the vacuum off. If you push the lock button again while it is active, the lock function will become invalid.

How do I empty the dust cup on the INSE S160?
After turning the vacuum off, press the dust cup open button to release the dustbin cover. Dump the dirt and then close the cover firmly until you hear a click.
How do I charge the battery of the INSE S160?
The battery is charged to about 30% capacity before shipping for safety. Please fully charge the battery before first use. It takes about 4.5 hours to fully charge from a flat status.
There are two ways to charge the battery:
• Way 1 (Charging in the vacuum): Insert the battery pack into the main motor. Insert the power plug into the battery pack and connect the power adaptor to a power supply.
• Way 2 (Charging separately): Remove the battery pack from the main motor. Insert the power plug directly into the battery pack and connect the power adaptor to a power supply.
What do the battery indicator lights on the INSE S160 mean?
During Operation (On Work):
• Three solid white lights: Full power
• Two solid white lights: Medium power
• One solid white light: Low power
• One blinking white light: Lower than 10% of total power, needs a recharge
During Charging:

What are the important notes regarding charging and battery error indicators on the INSE S160?
• The machine cannot be turned on during charging.
• Charge the battery only with the adaptor (30V) provided by INSE.
• When not using the battery for a long time, store it in a cool, dry place. Ensure the battery is half-charged (2 glowing indicator lights).
• If you need an additional battery, purchase it from an authorized distributor of INSE.
• Brush motor error: If there is overcurrent or short circuit protection for the Brush motor, the machine stops. LED1, LED2, and LED3 will become running lights at 3HZ. After 5 seconds, the lights will extinguish, and all keys will fail during the alarm.
• Vacuum motor error: If there is overcurrent, short circuit protection, or blocking of the vacuum motor, the machine stops. LED1, LED2, and LED3 will blink synchronously at 3HZ. Other lights will turn off after 5 seconds, and all keys will fail during the alarm.
• Battery pack abnormal: LED1 will blink at 3HZ synchronously. Other lights are off and will turn off after 5 seconds. All keys fail during the alarm. An example is when the cell temperature is higher than 70±3°C during discharging.
• Charger voltage issue: When the charger voltage is < 30V, it can be charged normally, with LED1, LED2, LED3 blinking once every second from left to right. If the charger voltage is higher than 31.5V, charging stops, LED1, LED2, LED3 lights run like a horse light, and the machine shuts down after 5 seconds.
What are the daily maintenance procedures for the INSE S160?
To ensure maximum performance, regularly maintain your INSE S160. WARNING: The dustbin or the cleaner head cannot be washed by water. Otherwise, the motors will be damaged.
Clean Handheld Part of the Main Motor:
1. Please turn off the vacuum before cleaning.
2. Wipe the surface with a clean cloth; avoid getting water into the inner part of the vacuum.
3. Do not place the vacuum under direct sunlight or in wet places after cleaning.
Clean Dust Cup:
The sign -MAX- on the dust cup indicates the dust capacity limit. Once the dust approaches this sign, empty the dust cup in time. You can use the 2-in-1 cleaning gadget to clean the inside.
How do I clean the detachable roller brush on the INSE S160?
1. Unlock the side lock on the underside of the cleaner head, remove the side cover, and take out the roller brush.
2. Use the 2-in-1 cleaning gadget to cut and remove the tangled hair.
How do I clean the strainer and High-Efficiency Filter/HEPA on the INSE S160?
IMPORTANT!
1. Please check and clean the High-efficiency filter/HEPA regularly.
2. Please clean the filter in time if the suction performance declines.
3. Please replace the filter/HEPA if it’s broken or cannot maintain the suction performance of the vacuum cleaner.
4. Please do not bend or squeeze the HEPA.
Cleaning Steps:
1. Hold the main motor, press the button to open the dust bin cover. Rotate the strainer and filter one by one to take them out.
2. If they are too dirty, you can wash the metal filter and the black mesh with cool water. Clean the HEPA with the cleaning brush.
3. Ensure the strainer and the black mesh are completely dry before refitting.
