How do I operate the INSE S15 vacuum cleaner?

1. Preparation:

Ensure the battery has sufficient power. For first-time use, it is suggested to charge for 5-6 hours. Choose the appropriate attachment for the cleaning area.

2. Start to Work:

Turn On/Off: Press the power switch once to turn the vacuum on. Press it a second time to turn it off.

Switch Power Modes: Press the speed regulation button to switch the power mode between MIN, MID, and MAX mode.

Use Lock Function: To keep the vacuum running without holding the switch, press the power switch to turn it on, then push the lock key. The vacuum will continue to work. Push the lock key again to turn the vacuum off. Pushing the lock key again will invalidate the lock function.

Important Usage Notes:

• HOUSEHOLD USE ONLY.

• DO NOT use outdoors or on wet surfaces.

• DO NOT immerse in water.

It takes about 4.5 hours to fully charge the battery from a flat status. For safety, the battery is shipped with a 30% charge; please fully charge it before first use.

There are two ways to charge the battery:

Way 1: Charge while in the main motor.

1. Insert the battery pack into the main motor.

2. Insert the power plug into the charging port on the battery pack.

3. Connect the power adaptor to a power supply.

Way 2: Charge the battery separately.

1. Remove the battery pack from the main motor.

2. Insert the power plug directly into the charging port on the battery pack.

3. Connect the power adaptor to a power supply.

Note: The machine cannot be turned on while it is charging. Only use the 30V adaptor provided by INSE.

What do the different error light signals mean on the INSE S15?

The indicator lights will signal specific errors. During any alarm, all keys will fail.

Brush motor overcurrent or short circuit: If the brush motor has an issue, the machine stops. LED1, LED2, and LED3 will flash as running lights at 3Hz for 5 seconds and then turn off.

Vacuum motor overcurrent, short circuit, or blocking: If the main vacuum motor has an issue, the machine stops. LED1, LED2, and LED3 will blink synchronously at 3Hz for 5 seconds and then turn off.

Battery pack abnormal: If there is a battery issue (e.g., cell temperature is higher than 70±3°C when discharging), LED1 will blink synchronously at 3Hz. The other lights will be off. The lights will turn off after 5 seconds.

Charger voltage too high: If the charger voltage is higher than 31.5V, charging stops. LED1, LED2, and LED3 will show a “horse light” effect for 5 seconds before shutting down.

How do I perform daily maintenance on my INSE S15?

To ensure maximum performance, regularly maintain the components of your vacuum. Important: The dustbin and cleaner head cannot be washed with water, as the motors will be damaged.

Clean Handheld Part of the Main Motor:

1. Please turn off the vacuum before cleaning.

2. Wipe the surface with a clean cloth. Avoid getting water into the inner part of the vacuum.

3. Do not place the vacuum under direct sunlight or in wet places after cleaning.

Clean Dust Cup:

The -MAX- sign on the dust cup indicates the dust capacity limit. When dust approaches this sign, empty the dust cup. You can use the 2-in-1 cleaning gadget to clean the inside.


How do I clean the detachable roller brush on my INSE S15?

1. Unlock the side lock on the underside of the cleaner head.

2. Remove the side cover.

3. Take out the roller brush.

Important Reminders:

Cleaning Steps:

1. Hold the main motor and press the button to open the dust bin cover.

2. Rotate the strainer and filter assembly to unlock and take them out one by one.

3. If they are very dirty, you can wash the metal filter and the black mesh with cool water. Clean the HEPA filter with the cleaning brush.

4. Ensure the strainer and the black mesh are completely dry before refitting them into the vacuum.


What should I do if my INSE S15 stops working or won’t turn on?

If your INSE S15 stops working, it could be due to one of the following reasons:

1. Low or no battery power: Charge the battery.

2. Blockage: Check the metal tube and filters for any blockages and remove them.
