When using your INSE S15, please follow these safety precautions:

General Usage:

• Do not use near open flames or store near heat sources.

• Do not pick up water, liquids, or sharp objects like glass or screws.

• Do not pick up flammable liquids, matches, cigarette ends, hot ashes, or any burning/smoking objects.

• Do not pick up burning objects.

• Do not place hands near the brush bar when the machine is in use.

• Do not place the appliance on or near a cooker.

• Do not use if any openings are blocked.

• Do not use for anything other than its intended domestic use. This appliance is not for commercial purposes.

• Do not use if it has been dropped or shows visible signs of damage.

• Do not operate with wet hands or immerse in water or other liquids.

• Do not expose the appliance to rain or use it outdoors.

• Do not store in direct sunlight or high humidity conditions.

Accessories and Power:

• Only use parts, accessories, and adaptors supplied with the appliance.

• Only use the provided power adapter. An extension cord is not allowed.

• Do not use the adaptor to recharge non-rechargeable batteries.

• To unplug, switch off at the mains and remove the plug by hand; do not pull the cord.

Maintenance:

• Always ensure the appliance has cooled fully before cleaning or maintenance.

• Switch off and disconnect from the power supply before changing or fitting accessories.

• Be careful when using accessories with rotating parts to avoid entrapment.

User Safety:

• Keep the appliance away from heat-emitting appliances, heat sources, and sharp edges.

• Keep away from children under 8 years old. This appliance is not a toy.

• Children 8 years and older, and individuals with reduced capabilities, can use this appliance only with supervision and instruction.

To ensure safe use of the INSE S15 battery, please adhere to the following guidelines:

• If the battery pack leaks, do not allow the liquid to contact skin or eyes. If contact occurs, wash the affected area with plenty of water and seek medical advice.

• Keep the battery pack out of reach of children.

• Secondary battery packs need to be charged before use. After long periods of storage, you may need to charge and discharge them several times for maximum performance.

• Do not leave the battery on charge for prolonged periods.

• Use only the charger provided with the product.

• Do not short-circuit the supply terminals.

• Do not store above 60°C. Avoid storing in direct sunlight.

• Do not use any battery packs not designed for this product.

• Do not dispose of the battery pack in a fire.

• Do not crush, puncture, dismantle, or otherwise damage the battery pack.

• Do not expose the battery pack to heat or fire, as it may explode.

• Do not subject the battery pack to mechanical shock.

• Dispose of the exhausted battery pack at a local recycling station, not in household waste.

• The appliance is fitted with a 25.2V 2200mAh Li-ion rechargeable battery.

1. Prevent unintentional starting by ensuring the switch is in the off-position before connecting the battery pack, picking up, or carrying the appliance.

2. Disconnect the battery pack before making adjustments, changing accessories, or storing the appliance to reduce the risk of accidental starting.

3. Recharge only with the charger specified by the manufacturer. Using a different charger may create a risk of fire.

4. Use appliances only with specifically designated battery packs to avoid risk of injury and fire.

5. When the battery pack is not in use, keep it away from metal objects like paper clips, coins, keys, or screws that could connect the terminals, which may cause burns or a fire.

6. Under abusive conditions, liquid may be ejected from the battery. Avoid contact. If contact occurs, flush with water. If liquid contacts eyes, seek medical help. Liquid from the battery may cause irritation or burns.

7. Do not use a damaged or modified battery pack or appliance, as it may exhibit unpredictable behavior resulting in fire, explosion, or injury.

8. Do not expose a battery pack or appliance to fire or excessive temperature. Exposure to fire or temperatures above 130°C (265°F) may cause an explosion.

9. Follow all charging instructions. Do not charge the battery pack or appliance outside of the specified temperature range, as this may damage the battery and increase fire risk.

10. Have servicing performed by a qualified repair person using only identical replacement parts.

11. Do not modify or attempt to repair the appliance or battery pack except as indicated in the instructions.

The INSE S15 comes with the following accessories for various cleaning tasks:

• Motorized Cleaner Head: Connects to the metal tube for daily cleaning on floors and carpets, or directly to the main motor for cleaning areas like a car trunk.

• Stiff Roller Brush: Installs into the cleaner head. It is ideal for both hard floors and carpets.

• Retractable Metal Tube: Connects between the main motor and cleaner head or other accessories to extend reach.

• Long Crevice Tool: For cleaning corners and other hard-to-reach places. It can be connected to the metal tube to clean spider webs on the ceiling.

• 2-in-1 Brush: Can be switched between a brush and a wide crevice tool. It is suitable for fabric surfaces and corners.

• 2-in-1 Cleaning Gadget: Features a blade end to cut hair wrapped around the roller brush and a brush end to clean dirt from the dustbin, strainer, or cleaner head.

1. Attach Cleaner Head to Tube: Insert the retractable metal tube end into the motorized cleaner head port until you hear a “click”. To remove, press the metal tube release button on the cleaner head and pull the tube out.

2. Attach Tube to Main Motor: Insert the other end of the metal tube into the suction port of the main motor until you hear a “click”. To remove, press the main motor release button and pull the tube away from the main motor.

The INSE S15 can be hung on the included wall bracket for convenient storage.

1. Preparation:

Ensure the battery has sufficient power. For first-time use, it is suggested to charge for 5-6 hours. Choose the appropriate attachment for the cleaning area.

2. Start to Work:

• Turn On/Off: Press the power switch once to turn the vacuum on. Press it a second time to turn it off.

• Switch Power Modes: Press the speed regulation button to switch the power mode between MIN, MID, and MAX mode.

• Use Lock Function: To keep the vacuum running without holding the switch, press the power switch to turn it on, then push the lock key. The vacuum will continue to work. Push the lock key again to turn the vacuum off. Pushing the lock key again will invalidate the lock function.

Important Usage Notes:

• HOUSEHOLD USE ONLY.

• DO NOT use outdoors or on wet surfaces.

• DO NOT immerse in water.

After turning the vacuum off, hold it over a trash bin and press the dust cup open button to release the dustbin cover. This will allow the dirt to fall out. Close the cover firmly until you hear a “click”.

It takes about 4.5 hours to fully charge the battery from a flat status. For safety, the battery is shipped with a 30% charge; please fully charge it before first use.

There are two ways to charge the battery:

Way 1: Charge while in the main motor.

1. Insert the battery pack into the main motor.

2. Insert the power plug into the charging port on the battery pack.

3. Connect the power adaptor to a power supply.

Way 2: Charge the battery separately.

1. Remove the battery pack from the main motor.

2. Insert the power plug directly into the charging port on the battery pack.

3. Connect the power adaptor to a power supply.

Note: The machine cannot be turned on while it is charging. Only use the 30V adaptor provided by INSE.

The battery indicator lights show the remaining power level during operation:

• Three solid white lights: Full power.

• Two solid white lights: Medium power.

• One solid white light: Low power.

• One blinking white light: Power is lower than 10%; needs a recharge.

The battery indicator lights show the charging status:

• Three white lights blinking successively: The battery is charging.

• Three steady lights: Charging is complete.

The indicator lights will signal specific errors. During any alarm, all keys will fail.

• Brush motor overcurrent or short circuit: If the brush motor has an issue, the machine stops. LED1, LED2, and LED3 will flash as running lights at 3Hz for 5 seconds and then turn off.

• Vacuum motor overcurrent, short circuit, or blocking: If the main vacuum motor has an issue, the machine stops. LED1, LED2, and LED3 will blink synchronously at 3Hz for 5 seconds and then turn off.

• Battery pack abnormal: If there is a battery issue (e.g., cell temperature is higher than 70±3°C when discharging), LED1 will blink synchronously at 3Hz. The other lights will be off. The lights will turn off after 5 seconds.

• Charger voltage too high: If the charger voltage is higher than 31.5V, charging stops. LED1, LED2, and LED3 will show a “horse light” effect for 5 seconds before shutting down.

To ensure maximum performance, regularly maintain the components of your vacuum. Important: The dustbin and cleaner head cannot be washed with water, as the motors will be damaged.

Clean Handheld Part of the Main Motor:

1. Please turn off the vacuum before cleaning.

2. Wipe the surface with a clean cloth. Avoid getting water into the inner part of the vacuum.

3. Do not place the vacuum under direct sunlight or in wet places after cleaning.

Clean Dust Cup:

The -MAX- sign on the dust cup indicates the dust capacity limit. When dust approaches this sign, empty the dust cup. You can use the 2-in-1 cleaning gadget to clean the inside.

1. Unlock the side lock on the underside of the cleaner head.

2. Remove the side cover.

3. Take out the roller brush.

4. Use the blade on the 2-in-1 cleaning gadget to cut and remove any tangled hair.

Important Reminders:

• Check and clean the HEPA filter regularly.

• Clean the filter if suction performance declines.

• Replace the filter if it’s broken or cannot maintain suction.

• Do not bend or squeeze the HEPA filter.

Cleaning Steps:

1. Hold the main motor and press the button to open the dust bin cover.

2. Rotate the strainer and filter assembly to unlock and take them out one by one.

3. If they are very dirty, you can wash the metal filter and the black mesh with cool water. Clean the HEPA filter with the cleaning brush.

4. Ensure the strainer and the black mesh are completely dry before refitting them into the vacuum.

If your INSE S15 stops working, it could be due to one of the following reasons:

1. Low or no battery power: Charge the battery.

2. Blockage: Check the metal tube and filters for any blockages and remove them.

3. Tangled roller brush: Clean the roller brush and remove the side covers to clear any tangled hair.

If the roller brush stops spinning, it is likely tangled with hair. Clean the roller and also remove the side covers to remove the tangled hair.

Weak suction can be caused by several issues. Please check the following:

1. Full dustbin or filter: Clean the dustbin, strainer, and filter. Replace the filter if necessary.

2. Improperly installed filter: Ensure the strainer and filter are installed correctly.

3. Blockage: Check for and remove any blockages in the tube or attachments.

4. Tangled roller brush: Clean the roller brush of any tangled hair.

An abnormal motor sound is typically caused by a blockage. Check all parts of the vacuum, including the tube, cleaner head, and filters, and remove any blockages.

If the battery is not charging, please check the following:

1. Wrong adaptor: Ensure you are using the correct adaptor that was provided by INSE.

2. Loose connection: Make sure the power cord is plugged tightly into both the battery and the power outlet.
