When using your INSE S10P RRO, basic precautions should always be followed:

General Usage:

• Do not use near open flames or store near heat sources.

• Do not pick up water, liquids, or sharp objects like glass or screws.

• Do not pick up flammable liquids, matches, cigarette ends, hot ashes, or any hot, burning, or smoking objects.

• Do not use if any of its openings are blocked.

• Do not place hands near the brush bar or place the appliance on or near a cooker when the machine is in use.

• Do not store the appliance in direct sunlight or in high humidity conditions, and do not use it outdoors.

• Only use the appliance for its intended domestic purpose. It should not be used for commercial purposes.

• Do not use any damaged accessories, adaptors, or any parts other than those supplied with this appliance.

• Do not use the appliance if it has been dropped or if there are visible signs of damage.

• Do not expose the appliance to rain or operate it with wet hands. Do not immerse it in water or any other liquid.

Power and Charging:

• Only use the provided power adapter. The use of an extension power cord is not allowed.

• Do not use the adaptor to recharge non-rechargeable batteries.

• When unplugging, remove the plug from the mains power supply by hand; do not pull the cord.

• Check the voltage on the rating plate to ensure you connect the appliance to the correct power supply voltage.

Maintenance and Care:

• Always ensure the appliance has cooled fully before performing any cleaning or user maintenance.

• Switch off the appliance and disconnect it from the mains power supply before changing or fitting accessories.

• Take care when equipping accessories with rotating parts as this could cause entrapment.

User Safety:

• Keep the appliance away from children aged below 8. Children should be supervised to ensure they do not play with the appliance.

• This appliance can be used by children aged 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning safe use.

• Improper repairs may put the user in danger. If any part is damaged due to human error, only a qualified electrician should repair it.

To ensure safe use of the battery pack for your INSE S10P RRO, follow these guidelines:

• The appliance is fitted with a 25.2V 2200mAh Li-ion rechargeable battery.

• If the battery pack becomes exhausted, it should be removed from the product to avoid leakage.

• In the event of the battery pack leaking, do not allow any liquid to come into contact with the skin or eyes. If contact has been made, wash the affected area with copious amounts of water and seek medical advice.

• Keep the battery pack out of the reach of children.

• Secondary battery packs need to be charged before use. After extended periods of storage, it may be necessary to charge and discharge the batteries several times to obtain maximum performance.

• Do not leave battery packs on charge for prolonged periods of time.

• Do not use any charger other than that specifically provided for use with the product.

• The supply terminals are not to be short-circuited.

• Do not store above 60°C. Avoid storing in direct sunlight.

• Do not use any battery packs that are not designed for use with the product.

• Do not dispose of the battery pack in a fire.

• Do not crush, puncture, dismantle or otherwise damage the battery pack.

• Do not dismantle, open or shred battery packs.

• Do not expose the battery pack to heat or fire as it may explode. Exposure to fire or temperature above 130°C (265°F) may cause an explosion.

• Do not subject the battery pack to mechanical shock.

• To dispose of the exhausted battery pack, take it to a local recycling station. Do not dispose of it in household waste.

• When the battery pack is not in use, keep it away from other metal objects, like paper clips, coins, keys, nails, or screws that can make a connection from one terminal to another. Shorting the terminals may cause burns or a fire.

• Do not use a battery pack or appliance that is damaged or modified, as this may result in fire, explosion, or risk of injury.

• Have servicing performed by a qualified repair person using only identical replacement parts.

• Do not modify or attempt to repair the appliance or the battery pack except as indicated in the instructions for use and care.

The INSE S10P RRO comes with the following accessories, though actual accessories may vary:

• Motorized Cleaner Head: Can be connected to the metal tube for daily cleaning on the floor or carpet, or to the main motor for cleaning a car trunk.

• Stiff Roller Brush: Can be installed into the cleaner head; ideal for both hard floors and carpets.

• Retractable Metal Tube: Can be installed into the cleaner head; performs better for corners that are not easy to clean up.

• Long Crevice: For corners and other hard-to-reach places; can be connected to the metal tube to clean spider webs on the ceiling.

• 2-in-1 Brush: Can be switched into a brush or a wide crevice; suitable for fabric surfaces and corners.

• 2-in-1 Cleaning Gadget: The blade end can be used to cut off hair that is wrapped around the roller brush; the other brush end can be used to clean dirt inside the dustbin, strainer, or cleaner head.

Other included items are the Main Motor, Metal Filter, Wall Bracket, Power Adaptor, HEPA filter, Battery Pack, and Pre-Filters.

1. Attaching the Cleaner Head: Insert the tube end into the cleaner head port until you hear a click, making sure the connection is tight. To remove it, press the metal tube release button with one hand, hold the tube with another hand, and then pull it out.

2. Attaching the Main Motor: Insert the other end of the metal tube into the suction port of the main motor until you hear a click, ensuring the connection is tight. To remove it, press the main motor release button with one hand, hold the main motor with another hand, and then pull the handle to remove the main motor from the tube.

3. Storage: The entire machine can be hung onto the wall bracket for storage.

1. Preparation:

• Before using, check if the battery power is sufficient. It is suggested to charge for over 5-6 hours before the first use to ensure utmost performance.

• Choose the attachment you need according to the cleaning area/surface.

2. Start to Work:

• On/Off: Press the power switch to turn on the vacuum. Press it a second time to turn it off.

• Power Modes: Press the speed regulation button to switch the power mode between MIN, MID, and MAX modes.

• Lock Function: To keep the vacuum running continuously, press the power switch to turn it on, then push the lock button and release the power switch. The vacuum will continue to work. Push the lock button again to turn the vacuum off. If you push the button again, the lock function will be invalid.

3. Dust Cup Cleaning:

• After turning the vacuum off, press the dust cup release button to open the dustbin cover. Dump the dirt and then close the cover until you hear a click.

For safety, the battery is shipped with a 30% charge. Please fully charge the battery before first use. It takes about 4.5 hours to fully charge from a flat status. There are two ways to charge:

• Way 1: Insert the battery pack into the main motor. Insert the power plug into the battery pack, then connect the power adaptor to the power supply.

• Way 2: Charge the battery pack separately by connecting the power adaptor directly to it.

During Operation (On Work):

• Three solid white lights: Full power.

• Two solid white lights: Medium power.

• One solid white light: Low power.

• One blinking white light: Lower than 10% of total power, needs a recharge.

During Charging:

• Three white lights blinking successively: Charging is in progress.

• Three steady lights: Charging is complete.

Yes, please note the following:

• The machine cannot be turned on while it is charging.

• Charge the battery only with the 30V adaptor provided by INSE.

• For long-term storage, store the battery in a cool, dry place. Ensure it is half-charged (indicated by 2 glowing lights).

• If you need an additional battery, purchase one from an authorized distributor of INSE.

• Brush motor error: If there is overcurrent or short circuit protection for the brush motor, the machine stops and all three LED lights will show running lights at 3HZ for 5 seconds before turning off. All keys will fail during the alarm.

• Vacuum motor error: If there is overcurrent, short circuit protection, or blocking for the vacuum motor, the machine stops and all three LED lights will blink synchronously at 3HZ for 5 seconds before turning off. All keys will fail during the alarm.

• Battery pack abnormal: If the battery pack is abnormal (e.g., cell temperature is higher than 70±3°C during discharge), the LED1 light will blink at 3HZ synchronously for 5 seconds. All keys will fail during the alarm.

• Charger voltage error: If the charger voltage is higher than 31.5V, charging will stop, and the LEDs will run a “horse light” sequence for 5 seconds before shutting down. If the voltage is < 30V, it will charge normally with LEDs blinking once per second from left to right.

Note on Runtime: Any posted runtime is the time the machine runs without attaching to any surface and debris. Actual runtime will vary based on the power mode, battery capacity, attachment, debris amount, and cleaning area/surface.

To ensure maximum performance, regularly maintain the vacuum’s components. Important: The dustbin and cleaner head cannot be washed with water, as the motors will be damaged.

Clean Handheld Part of the Main Motor:

1. Please turn off the vacuum before cleaning.

2. Wipe the surface with a clean cloth; avoid getting water into the inner part of the vacuum.

3. Do not place the vacuum under direct sunlight or in wet places after cleaning.

Clean Dust Cup:

The sign -MAX- on the dust cup means dust capacity limit. Once the dust approaches the sign, empty the dust cup in time. You can use the 2-in-1 cleaning gadget to clean the inside.

Clean Detachable Roller Brush:

1. Unlock the side lock on the underside of the cleaner head, remove the side cover, and take out the roller brush.

2. Use the 2-in-1 cleaning gadget to cut and remove the tangled hair from the brush.

IMPORTANT!

• Please check and clean the High-efficiency filter/HEPA regularly.

• Please clean the filter in time if the suction performance declines.

• Please replace the filter/HEPA if it’s broken or cannot maintain the suction performance.

• Please do not bend or squeeze the HEPA.

Cleaning Steps:

1. Remove Filters: Hold the main motor, press the button to open the dust bin cover, then rotate the strainer and filter one by one to take them out.

2. Wash/Clean: If they are too dirty, you can wash the metal filter and the black mesh with cool water. Clean the HEPA filter with the cleaning brush. Do not wash the HEPA filter itself with water.

3. Dry and Refit: Ensure the strainer and the black mesh are completely dry before refitting them into the vacuum.
