• Reset Network Settings: This will reset Wi-Fi, mobile data, and Bluetooth settings without deleting your data. Go to Settings > System & updates > Reset > Reset network settings.
• Reset All Settings: This restores network settings, lock screen passwords, and home screen layout but does not delete files or data. Go to Settings > System & updates > Reset > Reset all settings.
Restore Factory Settings (Factory Reset)
This will erase all data on your phone, including accounts, apps, music, and images. Make sure to back up your data first.
Go to Settings > System & updates > Reset > Reset phone, and follow the onscreen instructions.
