To make a copy, first configure the quantity and other setting items from the control panel, then tap on [Start].

Available settings include:

• Quantity

• Output Color (e.g., Black & White)

• 2 Sided (e.g., 1->1 Sided)

• Paper Supply (e.g., Auto Select)

• Reduce/Enlarge

• Pages per Side

To delete a job, tap on the pause icon or [Pause], then tap on [Delete].

To return all settings to their default values, tap on [Reset].

Follow these steps to scan from your FUJIFILM APEOS C8180:

1. Select the recipient from the address book or select a sending method (such as URL, SMB, FTP, SFTP, or Email) and set the destination information.

2. Tap on the settings icon on the upper side of the screen and set the desired features. Available features include:

• Preview

• File Format (e.g., .pdf)

• Color Scanning (e.g., Black & White)

• 2 Sided Scanning

• Resolution (e.g., 200 dpi)

• Original Type (e.g., Text)

3. Tap on [Start] to begin scanning.

To print from your computer, follow these steps:

1. From your application, click [Print].

2. Select the FUJIFILM APEOS C8180 from the list of printers and then click [Printer Properties].

3. In the properties window, set the features and print quantity as required. Settings can include:

• Copies

• Output Color

• Paper Size

• 2-Sided Print

• Staple

4. Click [OK] to send the print job to the device.

Using the Scan to Folder feature is a two-part process involving the printer and your PC.

Part 1: On the FUJIFILM APEOS C8180 control panel

1. Tap on [Scan to Folder].

2. Select a folder to save the data.

3. Tap on the settings icon to set items such as Color Scanning, 2 Sided Scanning, Resolution, and Original Type.

4. Tap on [Start].

Part 2: On your PC

1. Click the [Start] button on your PC and start up [Stored File Manager 3] from [Network Scanner Utility 3].

2. In the “Specify Scanner” window, select the scanner from the detected list or enter its IP Address directly.

3. Click [Next].

4. Select the scanned document and click [Import].
