2. The [All Jobs] screen displays the current and pending jobs. Select a job to view its status, which will be shown as either Completed (successful) or Completed with error (unsuccessful).
3. Click on a job log to display the details of the job. If an error occurred, the error will be indicated in the message. You can tap [job history report] to print out the report.
4. Select [X] to close the screen.

You can register frequently used addresses for Fax, Email, etc. in the address book.
1. From the machine home page, select the [Address Book] icon in the top left corner and tap it.
2. Tap [Add Contact].
To add a fax number:
1. Enter the recipient name and tap [not set] next to Fax.
2. Use the on-screen keyboard to enter the fax number.
3. Press [done] to close the fax number window and confirm the entry, then tap [OK] to register the number.
To add an email address:
1. Enter the recipient name and tap [not set] next to Email.
2. Use the on-screen keyboard to enter the email address.
3. Tap [OK] to continue.
4. Confirm the entries and tap [OK] to register and exit.
