Exterior:

4. Slide the cleaning bar from the back of the Front Cover. With the arrow (↑) facing down, insert the bar until it stops, then pull it out slowly. Repeat this two to three times for each LED printhead.

5. Place the cleaning bar back in its original position.

6. Return the Toner Conveyance Box and turn the handle to the right.

7. Close the Front Cover.

Scanner (Document cover, Document Glass, film, scanner glass):

Wipe off dirt with the supplied cloth about once a month. For stubborn stains, use a soft cloth slightly moistened with a thin neutral detergent solution.

Document Feeder rollers:

Clean about once a month.

1. Pull up the front handle of the Top Cover of the Document Feeder and open it until it stops.

2. While turning the rollers, wipe them with a soft cloth slightly moistened with water.

3. Close the Top Cover, ensuring no gap on the front or rear.


What should I do if a paper jam occurs in the FUJIFILM APEOS C7580?

Paper Tray 5 (Bypass):

1. Remove the jammed paper. If the control panel instructs you to cut the paper, do so without pulling it, then tap [Confirm].

2. Open the Upper Cover of Paper Tray 5 (Bypass) to remove all paper pieces.

3. Close the Upper Cover.
