The following items are included with your EPSON LIFESTUDIO GRAND EH-LS670B projector:

To install the batteries in the remote control, slide the cover off the back of the remote. Insert the two included AAA batteries, making sure to align the positive (+) and negative (-) ends correctly as indicated inside the battery compartment. Once the batteries are in place, slide the cover back on until it clicks.

To connect an eARC/ARC compatible AV system, such as a soundbar or AV receiver, use an Ethernet compatible HDMI cable. Plug one end of the cable into the port labeled “HDMI 2 (eARC/ARC)” on your EPSON LIFESTUDIO GRAND EH-LS670B projector and the other end into the corresponding eARC/ARC HDMI port on your audio system.

The EPSON LIFESTUDIO GRAND EH-LS670B has three HDMI ports (HDMI 1, HDMI 2, HDMI 3) that you can use to connect various video devices. These can include:

• DVD or Blu-ray players

• Camcorders

• Streaming devices

• Game consoles

• Computers

You have several options for connecting external audio devices to your EPSON LIFESTUDIO GRAND EH-LS670B:

• **Headphones:** Connect wired headphones to the 3.5 mm audio output jack.

• **Soundbar/AV System (Optical):** Connect an audio system using an optical audio cable to the port labeled “Optical Out”.

You can connect various devices to the USB-A ports on the projector, such as:

For proper performance and ventilation, place the EPSON LIFESTUDIO GRAND EH-LS670B on a stable, level surface. Ensure there is at least 11.9 inches (30 cm) of clearance between the back of the projector and the wall, and at least 4.0 inches (10 cm) of clearance on both sides of the projector.

Step 1. Connect the power cord to the power inlet on the back of the projector.

Step 2. Plug the other end of the power cord into a working electrical outlet.

Step 3. Press the power button on the top of the projector. The status light will turn solid blue when the projector is fully on.

• **Image Height:** To raise or lower the entire projected image, use the focus lever on the side of the projector.

• **Image Leveling:** If the image is tilted or trapezoidal, adjust the front feet of the projector. Rotate the feet to raise or lower each side of the projector until the image is level and rectangular.

To adjust the focus, locate the focus lever on the side of the EPSON LIFESTUDIO GRAND EH-LS670B projector. Move the lever up or down while looking at the projected image on the screen. Continue adjusting until the image is sharp and clear.

During the initial setup process, you will see a screen prompting you to “Pair your remote control”. To pair it, hold down the Back Arrow button and the Home button on the remote simultaneously for 3 seconds. The remote should be near the projector during this process. After successful pairing, the “Welcome” screen will appear, allowing you to proceed with the setup.

To ensure your EPSON LIFESTUDIO GRAND EH-LS670B has the latest firmware, follow these steps:

1. On the Google TV home screen, navigate to and select “Apps”.

2. Look for the “Epson Projector Update” application and open it.

3. If the application is not installed, use the search function to find “Epson Projector Update” and install it from the app store.

4. Once opened, the application will check for any available firmware updates.
