How do I start cleaning with the vacuum?

Pull the trigger to start cleaning.

How do I switch between power modes?

Toggle between Powerful mode (for longer suction) and MAX mode (for stronger suction). Hold down the trigger and slide the control back and forth to switch modes.

How do I change the vacuum tools?

The quick-release tools click into place. To release them, simply depress the release switch.

How do I charge the machine?

Connect your machine to the charger and fully charge before first use. Plug the charger into a power outlet and connect the other end to the charging port on your machine. A full charge takes approximately 4.5 hours.

How can I check the battery level while using the vacuum?

The Battery LEDs indicate the charge level during use:

• High charge: Three solid blue lights.

• Medium charge: Two solid blue lights.

• Low charge: One solid blue light.

• Empty: One flashing blue light.

How can I check the charging status?

While your battery is charging, the LEDs will flash with the current level of charge. These lights will turn off once your machine is fully charged.

• Charging, low charge: One flashing blue light.

• Charging, medium charge: One solid blue light and one flashing blue light.

• Charging, nearly full: Two solid blue lights and one flashing blue light.

• Fully charged: Three solid blue lights (which then turn off).

What do the flashing red lights mean?

• Battery fault: Flashing red lights indicate a battery fault.

• Charger fault: Flashing red and blue lights indicate a charger fault.

When should I empty the bin?

Empty the bin as soon as the dirt reaches the MAX level. Do not overfill. Using the machine when the dirt is above the MAX line may affect performance and require more frequent filter washing.

How do I empty the bin?

1. Hold your machine over the bin with the bin base pointing downwards.

2. Pull the red bin release catch upwards firmly. The cyclone will slide up, and the bin base will open, releasing the dirt.

3. To minimise dust contact, cover the bin tightly in a dustproof bag while you empty. Remove the bin carefully from the bag, seal the bag tightly, and dispose of it.

4. To close the bin, push down on the cyclone unit until it slides fully into position.

5. Push the bin base upwards until it closes securely, clicking into place.

How do I clean the bin?

Empty your bin first if needed. You may need to clean the filter more often if you use your machine with a full bin.

1. Remove any tools from your machine.

2. Empty the bin as described previously.

3. With the bin open, pull the bin release catch upwards again. The cyclone will slide up.

4. Locate the cyclone release button behind the cyclone and push it to remove the cyclone unit from the main body.

5. Pull back on the red catch located on the base of the main body, slide the bin down, and pull it off your machine.

6. Wipe your bin clean with a damp, lint-free cloth only. Do not put the bin in a dishwasher or use detergents, polishes, or air fresheners.

7. Ensure the bin is completely dry before replacing it.

8. To replace the bin, align the tabs on the bin with the grooves on the main body and slide it upwards until it clicks into place.

9. Slide the cyclone unit into the grooves on the main body and push down until it is in position. Do not press the cyclone release button.

10. Push the bin base upwards until it clicks firmly shut.

What should I do if the machine stops working or pulses?

Your machine has an automatic cut-out. If any part becomes blocked, the motor will pulse, and the machine won’t function until the blockage is cleared.

Before looking for blockages:

• Disconnect your machine from the charger.

• Be careful not to touch the trigger.

• Be aware of sharp objects when checking for blockages.

• Leave your machine to cool down before looking for blockages.

• Do not use your machine when looking for blockages, as this could cause injury.

Check the main body, tools, and cleaner head for blockages.

How do I wash filter A?

1. Remove the filter: Lift filter A out of the top of the cyclone assembly. Tap it gently to remove excess dust and debris before washing.

2. Wash the filter: Hold the filter under a cold running tap. Wash the outside of the filter, rubbing gently with your fingertips to remove dirt. Water should run clear.

3. Remove excess water: Tap the filter to remove excess water. Squeeze and twist the filter with both hands to make sure the excess water is removed.

4. Dry the filter: Leave the filter to dry completely in a well-ventilated, warm place for at least 24 hours. Do not dry it in a tumble dryer, microwave, oven, or near a naked flame.

5. Refit the filter: Ensure the filter is completely dry. Align the arrow on the top of the filter with the bin release button and push down firmly to fit securely in place.

Important: Your filter must be completely dry before you put it back into the machine. Your machine could be damaged if used with a damp filter.

How do I wash filter B?

1. Remove the filter: Twist filter B anti-clockwise and pull it away from the machine.

2. Wash the filter: Wash the inside of the filter under cold, running water, rotating the filter to ensure all the inside is cleaned. Repeat until the water runs clear.

3. Shake out water: Empty the filter and shake firmly downwards to remove excess water. Keep shaking until there’s no water coming from the filter.

4. Dry the filter: Place the filter with the open end facing up to dry. Leave it to dry completely in a well-ventilated, warm place for at least 24 hours. Do not dry it in a tumble dryer, microwave, oven, or near a naked flame.

5. Replace the filter: Ensure the filter is completely dry. Place the filter back onto the main body, aligned in the open position. Twist clockwise until it clicks securely into position.

Important: Your filter must be completely dry before you put it back into the machine. Your machine could be damaged if used with a damp filter.

6. Check inside the cleaner head and remove any debris or blockages.

7. The Mini motorised tool and brush bar are not washable. Wipe them over with a damp lint-free cloth.

8. Ensure the tool and brush bar are completely dry before refitting.

9. Push the end cap back onto the brush bar.

• Do not put any part of your machine or tools in a dishwasher.

• Do not use detergents, polishes, or air fresheners.

• Wipe tools with a damp, lint-free cloth. Be careful not to touch the connector end.

• Ensure the tools are completely dry before using them.

• Note: The Mini motorised tool and its brush bar are not washable (refer to specific instructions for cleaning this tool).

How should I look after my machine?

• To get the best performance, clean your machine regularly and check for blockages.

• If your machine is dusty, wipe it with a damp lint-free cloth.

• Check for blockages in the cleaner head, tools, and main body.

• Wash your filters regularly and leave them to dry completely.

• Do not use detergents or polishes to clean your machine.

How can I get the best performance and life from the battery?

Use the Powerful suction mode for regular cleaning to optimize performance and battery life. Only use MAX mode for intensive cleaning. Be aware that your machine won’t operate or charge if the ambient temperature is below 5°C (41°F) to protect the motor and battery.

Where can I find the serial number?

You can find your serial numbers on the bottom of your machine, on the battery, and on the charger. Use your serial number to register your machine.
