• This appliance may be used by children 8 years of age and older and by persons with physical or mental impairments or by inexperienced persons, if they are properly supervised or have been informed about how to use the appliance in a safe manner and understand the potential dangers.

Before first use, take the appliance and its accessories out of the packaging material and remove all promotional labels and stickers. Check that neither the appliance nor any of its parts is damaged.

1. Place the curling iron on a level and dry surface with the stand downwards. Insert the power plug into the power socket.

2. Press the On/Off button; the lowest temperature indicator light will start flashing.

3. Use the +/- buttons to set the desired temperature. You can set the temperature in the range from 140–220 °C. Each time the button is pressed another indicator light will be lit and only the one at the selected temperature will remain flashing.

4. When the indicator light at the selected temperature stops flashing, the curling iron is ready for use.

A lower temperature is suitable for fine, dyed and damaged hair. A higher temperature is suitable for normal, thick and strong hair.

1. Thoroughly comb out your hair before use.

2. Set the desired temperature and wait until the curling iron heats up.

3. Hold the curling iron with one hand vertically next to the hair strand.

4. Carefully wind a hair strand once around the cylinder.

5. Wait a few seconds for the hair strand to heat up and then carefully pull the curling iron downwards to release the hair strand from the cylinder.

6. Repeat the entire process with the remaining hair strands.

When you have finished using it, turn the curling iron off by pressing the On/Off button. Pull the power plug out of the power socket and allow the curling iron to cool down completely.

Yes, the SENCOR SHS 0920BK is equipped with an automatic shut-off function and it will automatically turn off when left idle for one hour. To turn it on again, it is necessary to press the On/Off button.

Disconnect the power plug from the power socket and allow the appliance to cool down before cleaning it.

For cleaning, do not use cleaning products with an abrasive effect, solvents, etc. that could damage the appliance. No part of this appliance is intended for washing in a dishwasher.
