• Clean the water pump and replace the filter every two weeks to keep the water fresh.

• The Petlibro RFID Collar Tag contains an RFID chip. The RFID chip could potentially affect the microchip readers of feeders from other brands.

• Multiple RFID fountains should be placed at least 8 inches apart from one another. Moreover, any RFID fountain should also be positioned at least 8 inches away from any One RFID Feeder for optimal performance.

• Use the fountain in a dry place.

• Use the fountain on a level surface.

• Dispose of all packaging materials properly. Some items may be packed in plastic bags; these bags could cause suffocation. Keep them away from children and pets.

• Do not use the fountain with pets that are not able to reach the water tray or with any physical disability.

• Do not immerse the base part in water at any time as it may damage electronic components.

• Do not use the fountain outdoors. Check its operation frequently to be sure it is operating properly.

• Only use accessories recommended or sold by the manufacturer. The use of accessories not recommended or sold by the manufacturer may cause an unsafe condition.

• Do not modify the fountain.

• Examine the fountain after installation. Do not plug in if there is water on the power cable or plug.

• To avoid tripping, always position the power cable out of the way of foot traffic.

• Do not install or store the fountain where it will be exposed to weather or temperatures below 0°C (32°F).

• Do not use the fountain without adding water first.

• Power off the fountain when it’s not in use.

• Do not put any parts of the fountain in the dishwasher.

• This appliance can be used by children aged 8 years and older, as well as by individuals with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or those lacking experience and knowledge, provided they have been given supervision or instruction regarding the safe use of the appliance and understand the associated hazards. Follow these steps to install your PETLIBRO DOCKSTREAM RFID PLWF305:

1. Soak the filter in a clean bowl of water for five minutes, then rinse the filter thoroughly with tap water.

2. Install the water fountain and filter.

Please ensure the splash shield is properly installed, as it helps the RFID reader function accurately and keeps water from splashing onto the floor.

Power on:

Connect the fountain to a wall outlet with the power adapter and power cable.

Power off:

Unplug the cable from the outlet.

Please route the cable through one of the cable slots on the bottom of the fountain for accurate water level monitoring.

1. Download and install the PETLIBRO app. Note: There are two similar apps available on your phone’s app store: PETLIBRO and PETLIBRO LITE. Please make sure you download the right one.

2. Follow the instructions to configure the network.

3. Please calibrate the weight according to the instructions. Remember to remove the water tank from the base before clicking the confirmation button.

Note: There are two methods to pair the collar tag: sensor-based pairing and QR code-based pairing. If one method fails, you can switch to the other.

1. After successfully adding the device, tap the “Add Collar Tag” button.

2. Place the collar tag in the RFID recognition area, as close to the RFID reader as possible.

3. After a successful addition, tap “CONFIRM” to pair the collar tag.

4. Follow the app instructions to add relevant pet information.
