How do I install the batteries?
The speakers are powered by four AAA batteries. Alkaline batteries are recommended. To install the batteries in pairs, slide the battery cover on the outer side of each speaker to the direction indicated with arrows, place the batteries as indicated in the battery compartment, and close the battery cover by sliding it to the opposite direction. Where the speakers are not used, remove the batteries to prevent damage from battery leakage.
How can I use the speakers?
You can use the speakers folded together or unfolded (for example, to form a V shape). The speakers are convenient to carry when folded. The speakers can be unfolded up to approximately 180 degrees. Do not try to force the speakers open more.
How do I connect the speakers to my phone or audio device?
Plug the speaker cable into the connector on the device. The speakers can be used with compatible Nokia adapters. To use the speakers with a Nokia adapter, connect the adapter to the device and the speaker cable to the adapter.
How do I switch the speakers on and off?
To switch on the speakers, slide the power switch located inside the unfolded speakers toward the hinged end. The green indicator light turns on. To switch off, slide the power switch to the opposite direction, or fold the speakers closed. The indicator light turns off.
How do I set the volume?
Use the volume controls on your audio device.
What should I do if the sound level of the speakers becomes too low?
Change the batteries.
How should I carry the speakers?
Fold them and place them in the supplied pouch.
How should I care for and maintain my device?
Keep the device dry. Precipitation, humidity, and all types of liquids or moisture can contain minerals that will corrode electronic circuits. If your device does get wet, allow it to dry completely.
Do not use or store the device in dusty, dirty areas. Its moving parts and electronic components can be damaged.
Do not store the device in hot areas. High temperatures can shorten the life of electronic devices, damage batteries, and warp or melt certain plastics.
Do not store the device in cold areas. When the device returns to its normal temperature, moisture can form inside the device and damage electronic circuit boards.
Do not drop, knock, or shake the device. Rough handling can break internal circuit boards and fine mechanics.
Do not use harsh chemicals, cleaning solvents, or strong detergents to clean the device.
Do not paint the device. Paint can clog the moving parts and prevent proper operation.
What should I do if the product is not working properly?
Take it to the nearest authorized service facility for service.
