4. Plug the refrigerator into the wall outlet. The interior light will turn on when the door is opened.

6. The front edges of the refrigerator may feel warm. This is normal and is designed to prevent condensation.

1. Remove the ventilation cover by unscrewing its screws. Balance the refrigerator by turning the front legs. The corner where the leg is located is lowered when you turn it in the direction of the black arrow and raised when you turn it in the opposite direction. Having someone slightly lift the refrigerator will make this process easier.

2. Once the balance is corrected, reinstall the ventilation cover and fasten the screws.

3. Remove the screws fastening the lower ventilation cover using a Philips screwdriver.

To adjust the gap between the fridge compartment doors on your BLOMBERG KQD 1250 XA+ (XAPLUS), follow these steps. Ensure the door shelves are empty before starting.

1. Using a screwdriver, remove the screw of the upper hinge cover of the door you want to adjust.

8. Eco Extra Function Indicator: Indicates the Eco Extra function is active, performing energy-efficient cooling during periods of least usage.

9. Quick Freeze Function Indicator: Indicates Quick Freeze is active. The refrigerator will run for 6 hours without stopping.

10. Freezer Compartment Temperature Indicator: Shows the set temperature for the freezer.

A completely full water tank can produce up to 70 ice cubes. It is recommended to change the water in the tank if it remains there for more than 2-3 weeks.

The sliding body shelves can be moved and adjusted for convenience:

• To access food at the back, slightly lift the shelf from the front and pull it towards you until it stops.

• To remove the shelf completely, pull it towards you and lift it slightly upwards at the second stop point.

• When handling the shelf, hold it tightly from the bottom to prevent it from tipping over.

• To reposition the shelf, place it on the rails at the sides of the refrigerator body at a lower or upper level.

• Push the shelf backwards until it is completely seated.

Your BLOMBERG KQD 1250 XA+ (XAPLUS) includes several specialized compartments:

• Crisper: This compartment is specially designed to keep vegetables fresh by maintaining their humidity. Cool air circulates around the crisper to achieve this.

• Chiller compartment: This compartment allows foods to be frozen and ready for freezing. You can also use it to store food at a temperature a few degrees below the main fridge compartment. You can increase its volume by removing any snack compartments inside. To remove, pull the compartment towards you until it stops, then lift it about 1 cm and pull it out.

• Flexi Zone Storage Compartment: This compartment can be used as either a fridge (2/4/6/8 °C) or a freezer (-18/-20/-22/-24 °C). You can also set it to 0°C and 10°C in addition to fridge temperatures, and to -6°C in addition to freezer temperatures. 0°C is for storing deli products longer, and -6°C is for keeping meats in an easily cuttable condition for up to 2 weeks.

• Rotating Middle Section: This feature prevents cold air from escaping when the fridge doors are closed. It helps in sealing as the door gaskets press against its surface.

• Blue light: Food stored in the crispers is illuminated with a blue light. This helps the food to continue photosynthesis, preserving freshness and increasing vitamin content.

For proper maintenance and cleaning of your BLOMBERG KQD 1250 XA+ (XAPLUS), follow these instructions:

• Never use gasoline, benzene, or similar substances for cleaning.
