Assembly of the ANKO SL25059M sign stake is completed in three steps as shown in the assembly diagram:

Step 1. Attach the santa stop here sign (A) to the top of fixing pole A (B).

Step 2. Connect the bottom of fixing pole A (B) to the top of fixing pole B (C).

Step 3. Insert the fixing stake (D) into the bottom of fixing pole B (C).

To assemble the solar component of the ANKO SL25059M:

Step 1. Connect the solar panel unit to the solar panel pole (E).

Step 2. Attach the solar panel stake (F) to the bottom of the solar panel pole (E).

Step 3. Once assembled, the unit can be pushed into the ground.

1. Remove all packaging before use and dispose of it safely.

2. Before fixing the solar panel assembly to the ground using the anchor spike, ensure there are no pipes or mains cables immediately underneath the chosen spot.

3. Locate the ON/OFF switch at the bottom of the unit and turn it to the “ON” position.

4. Place the light set at the desired locations, ensuring that all cables are anchored so they do not present a tripping hazard.

The solar panel should be located where sunlight can fall directly onto it. You should avoid shadows from buildings, trees, walls, hedges, and similar objects, as these will reduce the performance of the unit.

Additionally, avoid locations where light from other sources, such as streetlights or floodlights, may affect the PIR sensor. The light stakes are designed to illuminate only in dark conditions and may not operate if external light reflects on the panel.

The solar light consists of a solar cell, a rechargeable battery, and LED lights, all of which are preassembled. During the daytime, light from the sun charges up the batteries. At night, the energy stored in these batteries is used to power the light. No other power or connections are required. The duration the light stays on is dependent on how much sunlight has been received during the day.

The light set is designed for outdoor use and can be left outside in the rain. However, it should not be exposed to water jets or be immersed in water. For optimum product life, it is recommended to store the solar panel indoors during extreme weather conditions, such as prolonged snow and frost.

Note that some condensation may form inside the unit or solar panel in cold conditions; this is normal and can be ignored.

To ensure safe installation and use, follow these guidelines:

Choose a location with soft ground to enable the spike to be pushed in easily.

The end point of the ground stake is sharp. Do not allow children to play with the anchor spike.

Do not position or place the unit near barbecues, heaters, or any other direct sources of heat.

Ensure that water does not come into contact with the batteries or wiring.

The light set is for outdoor use only and is not a toy; keep it out of reach of children and pets.
