Before beginning, please read these instructions completely and carefully. Do not remove permanently affixed labels, warnings, or plates from the product as this may void the warranty. Ensure that the product is properly grounded. All openings in the wall behind the appliance and in the floor under the appliance must be sealed. Keep the appliance area clear and free from combustible materials, gasoline, and other flammable vapors. Do not obstruct the flow of ventilation air. Never touch the appliance with wet hands or feet and do not operate it barefooted. Do not allow children or disabled people to use the appliance without supervision.

The misuse of the oven door, such as stepping, sitting, or leaning on it, can result in potential hazards or injuries. Always use the oven and broil with the door closed. When opening the oven door, stand away as hot air or steam escaping can cause burns to your hands, face, or eyes. The oven door becomes very hot during operation, so use the handle and keep children away.

First, remove any protective film from steel and aluminum parts. Place the shelf and tray inside the oven. Switch the oven on empty using a cooking function at maximum power for about 2 hours to remove traces of grease and smells from the components. Once the oven has cooled down, clean the inside with a cloth soaked in water and neutral detergent, then dry it perfectly.

To switch on any cooking zone, always lightly press the control knob and then turn it. For single cooking zones, you can regulate heat intensity continuously from the off position to 12. For double cooking zones, you can regulate heat from 1 to 6. To switch on the small central zone, turn the knob counterclockwise from 1 to 6. To switch on the all zone, turn the knob clockwise from 1 to 6. Always place the saucepan on the hob before switching on and take it off after switching off.

When the ceramic hob is working, the ON pilot light in the control panel will be on. Additionally, when the temperature of a cooking zone is above 140 degrees Fahrenheit (60 degrees Celsius), the relevant HOT SURFACE warning light in the vitroceramic hob will come on to indicate that the zone is hot. This light will stay on even after the zone has been switched off until it has cooled down sufficiently.

The electronic programmer allows for timer functions, automatic cooking, and semi-automatic cooking. To set the clock, push the manual/cancellation button and use the plus or minus buttons to set the hour. To perform automatic cooking, first set the length of the cooking time, then set the end time of the cooking, and finally set the temperature and oven cooking program. The oven will turn on at the correct time to finish at the established end time. The cooking program can be cancelled at any time by pushing the manual/cancellation button.

Semi-automatic cooking is used to automatically switch off the oven after a desired cooking time has elapsed. You can either set the length of the cooking time by pushing the cooking time button and using the plus/minus buttons, or set the end of the cooking time by pushing the end of cooking time button and using the plus/minus buttons. Once set, the AUTO and cooking indicator symbol will be on. Then, set the desired temperature and cooking program using the oven knobs. The oven will switch off automatically at the end of the time.

Before cleaning, ensure the hob is switched off. Remove any encrustations using a special scraper. Remove dust using a damp cloth. You may use detergents as long as they are not abrasive or corrosive, ensuring all residues are removed with a damp cloth. If an object melts on the top, remove it immediately using a special scraper while the top is still hot. Avoid using knives, pointed objects, abrasive sponges, or wire wool.

To remove the door, open it to the full extent. Open the lever on the left and right hinges completely. Hold the door firmly and gently close it until the hinge levers are hooked to the door. Withdraw the hinge hooks from their location by pulling the door out and then rest the door on a soft surface.

First, ensure the appliance is switched off and let the oven cavity and heating elements cool down. Remove the protective cover. Replace the halogen lamp with a new one suitable for high temperatures with the same voltage and power specifications. Never replace the lamp with bare hands; always use a clean cloth or gloves. Finally, refit the protective cover.
