The VERONA VEDW24TSS includes several specialized functions to enhance cleaning performance:
Air exchange: Select this function to have the dishwasher exchange the air every 6 hours to keep the interior air fresh.
Steam wash: Used for heavily soiled items, this option adds 30 minutes to the cycle time. It is available with the Pots and PANS and Normal wash cycles.
Child lock: To prevent children from accidentally changing the cycle or starting the dishwasher, press Steam wash and Vortex wash simultaneously to select or cancel the lock. The indicator light will turn on when active.
Vortex wash: Use this option for pots, pans, durable serving bowls, and other large, heavily soiled dishes. Place these items face down in the back left corner of the lower rack, directly above the vortex wash arm.

Sanitize: This function maintains the water temperature at a maximum of 70 degrees Celsius (158 degrees Fahrenheit). The Sanitized indicator light will turn on after the cycle is finished.
Hi Temp Wash: This function maintains the water temperature at a maximum of 60 degrees Celsius (140 degrees Fahrenheit).
How do I operate the Start/Cancel and Delay features on the VERONA VEDW24TSS?
To start a cycle on the VERONA VEDW24TSS, push the door firmly until it latches automatically. Select the desired wash cycle and options, then press the Start/Cancel pad. The indicator light above the pad will turn on and the wash action will begin.
To cancel a running cycle, press the Start/Cancel pad once. The dishwasher will start a 60-second drain and then shut off. You can then select a new cycle.
