• **Person reading manual icon:** Please follow these instructions carefully!

• **Exclamation mark in circle:** Note/Tip! This symbol provides technical information or useful tips regarding the Vaporizer.

• **Crossed-out wheeled bin:** The device was introduced after 13 August 2005 and may not be disposed of in normal household waste. This symbol indicates the necessity of disposing of this product separately.

• Packaging material (plastic bags, styrofoam, etc.) must be kept out of the reach of children as it is a potential source of danger.

• People who require assistance must be constantly supervised during application to avoid hazards like strangulation with the power cord.

• The device contains small parts that can be a choking hazard. Keep the Hot Air Generator and accessories out of the reach of babies and infants.

• Ensure the information on the type label corresponds to the mains supply at the place of installation.

• If you have any concerns, have a specialist check the electrical system’s compliance with local safety regulations.

• If problems occur during operation, immediately pull the power plug from the socket.

• It is mandatory to electrically ground the Hot Air Generator.

• The power cord must be fully unwound, kept away from children, liquids, heat sources, and sharp edges. Do not crush, kink, or wind it tightly. If damaged, contact the Service Center for replacement.

• The use of multiple sockets or extension cables is not recommended. If necessary, use only certified products with a power rating that exceeds the device’s requirement.

• After use, place the Hot Air Generator on a stable, flat surface away from heat sources. The ambient temperature should not drop below +5°C (+41°F).

• Store the Hot Air Generator in a dry place, protected from weather, and out of reach of children or unqualified persons. Do not install in damp locations.

• Do not operate the Hot Air Generator close to flammable objects like curtains or paper.

• Keep the Hot Air Generator away from pets and other animals that could damage the power cord insulation.

• The Hot Air Generator may not be repaired by the customer. Use only original spare parts.

• Danger to life when opening the Hot Air Generator due to exposed live components.

• Never repair or transport the Hot Air Generator when the power plug is plugged in.

• To unplug, pull the power plug directly, not the power cord.

• Never operate the Hot Air Generator if the power cord is faulty.

• Do not put any objects into the device’s openings.

• Do not leave the Vaporizer unattended while it is being operated. Switch off the heater after use.

• The ventilation slots and hot air outlet must not be closed, obstructed, or blocked while the device is in use or cooling down.

• Caution! Hot surfaces! When hot, do not touch the exposed heat exchanger within the Filling Chamber Threading or the metal Filling Chamber Cylinder.

• Before cleaning, remove the power plug. Clean only with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Never immerse in water or clean with direct jets of water or steam.

• The Hot Air Generator must not be used in damp or wet conditions.

• Do not expose the Hot Air Generator to rain. Do not use in the bathroom or above water.

• Never touch the Hot Air Generator with wet or damp parts of the body.

• Never operate the Hot Air Generator when it is wet or damp. If it gets wet, it must be checked by the Service Center.

• Do not use in an atmosphere with risk of explosion or ignition.

• Never allow the Vaporizer to be used by children or unqualified persons.

• Only use original Storz & Bickel accessories and spare parts.

The STORZ & BICKEL PLENTY Vaporizer is intended to release fragrances or aromas from the recommended herbs and other plant materials listed in the user manual. These aromatic substances are released through vaporization by heated air and may be directly inhaled. The device may only be used with the recommended vaporizing media. Any other use is inappropriate, potentially dangerous, and can present a health risk. The PLENTY Vaporizer is not FDA approved.

WARNING: Please consult your doctor or pharmacist if you have any medical concerns. It is possible that some plants may cause allergic reactions for the user. If this occurs, it is urgently recommended to refrain from further use of such plants.

The following plant materials are suitable for vaporization in the STORZ & BICKEL PLENTY. Only use plant parts that have been verified according to pharmacopoeia standards for genuineness, purity, and pathogenic germs.

The amount of aromas and fragrances released during vaporization with the STORZ & BICKEL PLENTY can be influenced by the following factors:

1. **Quality:** The amount of aroma or fragrance contained in the respective plant material.

2. **Quantity:** The amount of vaporization material in the Filling Chamber.

3. **Surface:** The finer the plant is ground, the greater the surface and the more aromas and fragrances can be released.

4. **Temperature:** The higher the temperature, the more aromas and fragrances will be released at once. Note that increasing the temperature should be a last resort, as it can make the plant material taste more roasted.

The vaporization cycle may be repeated multiple times with the same contents in the Filling Chamber. When no more vapor is produced at the highest temperature, the material is completely exhausted and must be replaced with new material. However, for the best aroma results, it is advisable to replace the vaporization material before it is completely exhausted.

When unpacking your STORZ & BICKEL PLENTY, immediately check whether the Hot Air Generator, the accessories, the power cord, and the power plug are all included in the delivery and work properly. If you notice any defects, inform the seller or delivery agent immediately. The packing material (plastic bags, styrofoam, etc.) should be kept out of the reach of children and disposed of in a proper and environmentally friendly manner.

Before connecting the STORZ & BICKEL PLENTY, ensure that the information on the device’s type label corresponds to the local power supply voltage. The device must be electrically grounded, and all parts of the electrical system must comply with applicable regulations. Place the vaporizer on a hard, stable surface, not on soft or heat-sensitive material. Ensure the power cord cannot be damaged by kinking, crushing, or pulling.

1. It is recommended to fill and attach the Filling Chamber and Cooling Coil before warming up the Hot Air Generator.

2. Turn the device on with the orange power switch. The switch will light up to show the heater is operative.

3. If the auto off release handle has already been activated, the heating process begins automatically.

4. Otherwise, press the orange auto off release handle to start the heating process.

5. The orange control lamp will be lit while the heating process is in progress.

6. The desired temperature can be set with the temperature adjustment wheel. Warming up can take up to 4 minutes, depending on the temperature set.

Select the desired temperature using the adjustment wheel of the temperature safety regulator. The temperature scale ranges from level 1 (130°C / 266°F) to level 7 (max temperature, approx. 202°C / 396°F). The vaporization temperature may fluctuate slightly due to heating and cooling processes in the heat exchanger. The PLENTY is equipped with a temperature safety regulator. When the set temperature is reached, the heating process terminates and the heater turns off.

The auto off release handle is the orange trigger-like handle on the device. To start heating, this handle must be pressed.

• If the handle is pressed and held in the hand during operation, the set temperature level will be automatically maintained.

• Once the heat exchanger cools off, automatic reheating will not occur. The cooling process continues until the orange auto off release handle is pressed again.

• If the temperature falls during vaporization, it is necessary to press the auto off release handle again to restart heating.

The auto off release handle may not be fixed in the activation position (e.g., by taping it down). The manufacturer accepts no liability for damages caused by alterations to the device.

If you prefer to keep the STORZ & BICKEL PLENTY standing up instead of laying it on its side, you can use the Cleaning Brush as a support. Insert the wooden handle of the brush into the screwhole next to the rubber foot.

1. Turn the Filling Chamber Cap counter-clockwise to remove it from the Filling Chamber.

2. Remove the entire assembly (Filling Chamber Cap with Cooling Coil and Mouthpiece) from the Filling Chamber.

3. Always fill the Filling Chamber completely up to the upper edge with finely crushed or ground plant material.

4. Afterwards, screw the Filling Chamber Cap with the Cooling Coil back onto the Filling Chamber.

The Filling Chamber of the STORZ & BICKEL PLENTY must always be filled completely to ensure the vaporization material cannot shift around. This allows for a uniform flow of hot air through the material, resulting in vapor. If the chamber is only partially filled, the material can shift, allowing the hot air to bypass it. This prevents vaporization, and you will only get hot air with no steam.

If the Filling Chamber is not to be filled completely, it is recommended to place the included Drip Pad over the herbs. Then, screw the cap with the Cooling Coil onto the Filling Chamber. This prevents the vaporization material from shifting even when the chamber is only partially filled, enabling efficient vaporization.

1. Screw the filled Filling Chamber with Cooling Coil and Mouthpiece onto the Hot Air Generator and heat it up.

2. Once the set temperature is reached (the orange control lamp turns off, or the thermometer displays the desired temperature), the inhaling process can begin.

3. Take the Mouthpiece between the lips, and inhale slowly and evenly for several seconds.

4. It is advised to inhale only half the amount of air you can normally manage, hold your breath for a few seconds, and then exhale slowly.

Note: After using the PLENTY Vaporizer, do not touch any components of the Filling Chamber (except for the textured surface and handles) until they have cooled down.

A very high intensity (density) of the vapor can lead to irritation of the respiratory passages. In this case, the temperature should be lowered to reduce the intensity of the vapors. The device is not to be used if the user has respiratory tract or lung conditions, as the vapor could irritate respiratory tracts or lungs, which can lead to coughing.

After vaporization, turn off the STORZ & BICKEL PLENTY Hot Air Generator, unplug the power cord, and let it cool down before putting the device away.

Please allow the Vaporization Unit to cool down before disassembling. The component parts must be cleaned regularly for proper operation and pure flavor.

For manual cleaning, use rubbing alcohol (min. 90%) and paper/cotton towels, or warm water with dish soap. The Mouthpiece, Filling Chamber, and cap components may also be cleaned in a dishwasher, but be aware that small parts like Screens and Tubing Sections may be lost.

Do not immerse any plastic components in ethanol or alcohol for longer than an hour, as this can lead to discoloration or embrittlement.

After cleaning, check all parts for damage, tears, impurities, or discoloration and set aside any damaged parts.

1. Pull the Mouthpiece and the Upper Tubing Section off of the Cooling Coil with a gentle twist.

2. Pull the Upper Tubing Section off of the Mouthpiece with a gentle twist.

Reassemble in reverse order. Allow all components to dry properly before assembling.

1. Pull the Cooling Coil out of the Filling Chamber Cap with a gentle twist.

2. Remove the Lower Tubing Section from the Cooling Coil.

3. Push the upper Screen out of the Filling Chamber Cap from above, using the handle of the included Cleaning Brush.

To reassemble, carefully insert the upper Screen into the groove provided. Disregarding this may allow plant particles to enter the Cooling Coil, blocking it.

Place the Cooling Coil in a glass and immerse it completely in alcohol (ethanol). Cover the glass and let it soak overnight. Repeat this process until the inside of the Cooling Coil is completely clean, then rinse it carefully with water. Warning: Alcohol is flammable and may easily ignite.

Disassembly:

1. Push the Filling Chamber Cylinder upwards out of the Filling Chamber Housing.

2. Push the lower Screen upwards out of the Filling Chamber Cylinder.

Assembly:

1. Place the Filling Chamber Cylinder into the Filling Chamber Housing from above. Turn it so that the flattened positioning surfaces are located in the intended orientation within the Housing.

2. Push the Filling Chamber Cylinder in until it latches into the Filling Chamber Housing.

3. Put the Screen into the Filling Chamber from the topside.

4. Screw the Filling Chamber Cap with Cooling Coil and Mouthpiece back onto the Filling Chamber.

The Filling Chamber Reducer is suitable for vaporizing small amounts of plant material. It is inserted instead of the standard Filling Chamber Cylinder.

With ground Plant Material:

The Filling Chamber Reducer can be filled with ground plant material directly. Alternatively, Dosing Capsules containing ground plant material can be inserted into the Reducer.

With aromatic Oils:

Either a small Drip Pad (15 x 5 mm) or a Dosing Capsule containing a Drip Pad (13 x 6 mm) can be inserted into the Filling Chamber Reducer. Do not overfill the Drip Pad; it can contain up to 5 drops.

Dosing Capsules allow you to pre-fill ground plant material or aromatic oils (using Drip Pads) and store them in the Magazine for easier handling.

1. Grind the plant material with the included Herb Mill.

2. Fill the Dosing Capsule using the Magazine Cap as a funnel.

3. Attach the cap onto the Dosing Capsule.

4. Repeat until the desired number of Capsules are filled and insert them into the Magazine, which can hold up to 8 Dosing Capsules.

5. After filling the Magazine, attach the Magazine Cap and close it by turning it clockwise.

The Dosing Capsules with an inserted Drip Pad (available as an accessory) can be filled with aromatic oils and stored in the Magazine. Please make sure not to overfill the Drip Pad; it can contain up to 5 drops.

1. First, insert the Filling Chamber Reducer (accessory) instead of the standard Filling Chamber Cylinder.

2. Insert a filled Dosing Capsule into the Filling Chamber Reducer.

3. Screw the Filling Chamber Cap back on.

If you experience problems, immediately unplug the power cord and ensure that no one can reconnect the Hot Air Generator to the mains supply. Before any maintenance, the device must be switched off and unplugged. Do not attempt to open the Hot Air Generator or remedy the defect yourself. Put the device in its original packaging or other proper packing and send it to the Service Center.

If your STORZ & BICKEL PLENTY is not working, first make sure that the current is on and that the fuse (in the mains fuse box) is switched on and is not defective. If this does not solve the issue, or for any other problems, please unplug the power plug and contact the Service Center immediately.

Store the STORZ & BICKEL PLENTY Hot Air Generator in a dry place, protected against the effects of weather and out of the reach of children or unqualified persons.

If the Hot Air Generator is irreparably damaged, do not throw it away in normal household waste. As it is made of high quality, completely recyclable component parts, it should be brought to a material recycling center in your town or sent to the Service Center for disposal.
