• Only use the product for applications specified in the instruction manual.

• Do not use the product if it is obviously defective or makes loud, unusual (whistling or beeping) noise.

To ensure optimal performance and comfort with your SENNHEISER HD 26 PRO, follow these steps for a proper fit:

1. Put the headphones on so that the headband runs over the top of your head.

2. Adjust the length of the headband so that the ear pads rest comfortably over your ears.

3. The ear pads should fit comfortably around your ears. If necessary, you can carefully bend the headband for a snug fit.

The SENNHEISER HD 26 PRO is equipped with the switchable ActiveGard™ feature to protect your hearing from volume peaks. ActiveGard™ does not compress the audio signal but attenuates it when levels exceed 105 dB. The signal returns to its original level as soon as the peak has passed.

To use this feature:

• To switch ActiveGard™ on, set the ActiveGard™ switch to “I”.

• To switch ActiveGard™ off, set the ActiveGard™ switch to “O”.

To clean your SENNHEISER HD 26 PRO headphones, follow these guidelines:

• Before cleaning, disconnect the product from any connected devices.

• Use only a soft, dry cloth to clean the product.

• You can clean the ear pads with a slightly damp cloth. Ensure that no moisture can enter the transducer system.

To replace the ear pads on your SENNHEISER HD 26 PRO, please follow these steps:

1. Grip the ear pad from the inside and pull it upwards and off the ear cup.

2. Place the new ear pad onto the ear cup.

3. Press the ear pad firmly onto the ear cup.

To replace the headband padding on your SENNHEISER HD 26 PRO:

1. Pull the old headband padding off the headband.

2. Press the new headband padding into place until it clicks.

To replace the cable on your SENNHEISER HD 26 PRO, you will need a small Phillips screwdriver (PH00). Follow these steps:

1. Disconnect the 4-pin mini XLR plug of the cable from the left ear cup.

2. Use the screwdriver to loosen the screw on the cable clamp.

3. Pull the cable out of the cable clamp.

4. Connect the 4-pin mini XLR plug of the new cable to the left ear cup. Make sure that the plug clicks into place.

5. Insert the new cable into the cable clamp.

6. Use the screwdriver to tighten the screw on the cable clamp.
