How do I adjust the set point on my OMEGA TSW temperature switch?
All OMEGA TSW switches are easy to adjust. First, loosen the knurled locking ring. Now, set the sliding gauge pointer to the desired temperature point. Tighten the locking ring and the temperature switch is locked and ready to use.
NOTE: Little effort is required to establish a reliable locked position. Using your fingers to hold the switch body in place, grip the adjusting ring with pliers to tighten or loosen as desired.
What are the electrical wiring specifications for the OMEGA TSW temperature switch?
The OMEGA TSW is supplied with a 12″ length standard of #20 AWG wire, insulated with polyvinyl chloride rated for 300 volts. The color code for the wiring is as follows:
Red – N.C. (Normally Closed)
White – N.O. (Normally Open)
Black – Common
