Circles on the screen represent towers. A standalone circle in the lower left indicates a primary only system, while a circle surrounded by numbered indicators represents an all-run system. The number displayed in the middle of the circle identifies the specific tower selected from the top row of tower indicators.

The sensor status is represented by the following colors:

Gray: Indicates a missing or extra sensor detected by the blockage software.

Green: Indicates product flow and an active sensor.

White: Indicates an inactive sensor.

Red: Indicates a blocked hose.

##: Indicates a disabled sensor.

Gold: Indicates unexpected flow.

You can use the following menu options:

Blockage – Main: Select to open the main blockage run page.

Blockage – Setup: Select to define tool and blockage configuration.

Blockage – Reset: Select to clear blockage detections.

Information: Select to view more details about items currently on the screen.

Diagnostics: Select to enter diagnostic information.

Navigate to the primary Menu button, then select Blockage, then the Setup softkey, and finally the Main tab. Use the Plus and Minus buttons to change the sensitivity level of the blockage sensors. It is recommended to set the initial sensitivity at a high level and adjust the degree of alarm response based on performance.

Navigate to the primary Menu button, select Blockage, choose the Setup softkey, go to the Main tab, and select the Advanced Settings button. You can then enter the time value in seconds for the following features:

Blockage Delay: The duration a blockage is sensed before an alarm sounds.

Blockage Alarm Reminder: How long the alarm remains silenced by the operator.

Meter On Delay: The time the software waits to detect product at the tower after meter activation. This setting should be greater than the mechanical delay to prevent false alarms.

Meter Off Delay: The time the software waits for detected product to clear after meters are deactivated.

To enable the configuration, select the primary Menu button, then Blockage, then the Setup softkey, the Main tab, and the Advanced Settings button. Select the check box to enable the dual row spacing configuration and proceed to the next page. On the following screen, check the box to enable active row selection, then select the odd or even row check boxes as they correspond to the seed tower manifolds.

Navigate to the primary Menu button, select Blockage, choose the Setup softkey, and go to the Main tab. Select the Manual Tower Configuration button. This function is used for setting up the configuration when an Air Cart is not present.
