What can I do if there is no sound from the EPSON EB-W49’s speaker?

If you are not getting sound from the projector, try these solutions:

• Adjust the projector’s volume using the volume buttons on the control panel or remote control.

• Press the [A/V Mute] button on the remote to ensure audio was not temporarily muted.

• Check the volume settings on your computer or video source to make sure it is not muted or set too low.

• Ensure that the audio cable is securely connected between your source and the correct audio input port on the projector.

• If you have connected external speakers to the Audio Out port, the projector’s internal speaker is disabled. Disconnect the external speakers to use the internal one.

• If using an HDMI source, ensure your connected device is set to output audio via PCM (Pulse Code Modulation).
