Before using your DJI OSMO 360 for the first time, it is recommended to watch all the tutorial videos and read the Safety Guidelines. You should also review the Quick Start Guide before first use and refer to the User Manual for more detailed information.

The following accessories are included in the Osmo 360 Adventure Combo:

• Osmo Action Multifunctional Battery Case 2 (referred to as “Battery Case”)

• Osmo Adjustable Quick-Release Adapter Mount (referred to as “Adapter Mount”)

• Osmo 1.2 m Invisible Selfie Stick

Press the Status Button on the battery case once to check the battery level. The Status LEDs will indicate the remaining charge.

• When charging batteries, it’s recommended to use a USB-C charger that supports PD (Power Delivery) or PPS (Programmable Power Supply). The battery with the highest power level will be charged first.

• When charging external devices like smartphones, the battery with the lowest power level will be discharged first.

• Always place the battery case on a flat and stable surface during use and ensure it is properly insulated to prevent fire hazards.

• DO NOT touch the metal terminals on the battery ports.

• Clean the metal terminals with a clean, dry cloth if there is any noticeable buildup.

• The battery case is not waterproof. DO NOT place it in water or spill any liquid on it.

There are two ways to attach a selfie stick:

1. Directly screw the selfie stick into the threaded hole (1/4″-20 UNC Port) at the bottom of the DJI OSMO 360 camera.

2. Alternatively, use the Adapter Mount to assemble the camera and the selfie stick.

To install the battery, insert it into the battery compartment and completely close the cover. To charge the DJI OSMO 360, connect a USB-C cable to the camera’s USB-C port. It is recommended to use a USB-C charger that supports PD (Power Delivery) or PPS (Programmable Power Supply).

You must activate the DJI OSMO 360 using the DJI Mimo app before first use. Follow these steps:

1. Press and hold the power button to power on the camera.

2. Scan the QR code that appears on the camera screen to download the DJI Mimo app.

3. Enable Wi-Fi and Bluetooth on your mobile device.

4. Launch the DJI Mimo app, tap the camera icon to connect to the DJI OSMO 360, and then follow the on-screen instructions to complete the activation process.

If you encounter connection problems, follow these steps:

1. Make sure both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are enabled on your mobile device.

2. Make sure the DJI Mimo app is updated to the latest version.

3. On the DJI OSMO 360 camera’s liveview, swipe down from the top of the screen and tap Settings > Wireless Connection > Reset Connection. This will reset all connections and Wi-Fi passwords.

When new firmware is available, a prompt will appear in the DJI Mimo app. Tap the prompt and follow the on-screen instructions to update the firmware on your DJI OSMO 360.

If a firmware update fails, follow these troubleshooting steps:

1. Restart the DJI OSMO 360 camera and the DJI Mimo app.

2. Enable Wi-Fi and Bluetooth on your mobile device.

3. Connect the camera to DJI Mimo and try the update again.

If the update fails again, contact DJI Support.

• Press and hold: Powers the camera on or off.

• In the liveview: Press once to enter the Quick Switch page. Press again to cycle through preset shooting modes. To modify presets, tap the icon in the upper right corner of the Quick Switch page.

• On other pages: Press once to return to the liveview.

When powered on:

• Press once: Take a photo or start/stop recording.

When powered off:

• Press once: Power on and start recording (SnapShot). Press again to stop recording. After shooting, the camera will automatically power off if left idle for three seconds.

When powered on:

• Press once: Switch between front and rear views (panoramic mode) / front and rear lenses (single lens mode).

• Press twice: Recenter the view (panoramic mode).

When powered off (with SnapShot enabled for the Function Button):

• Press once: Power on and start recording (SnapShot). Press the Shutter/Record button once to stop recording. The camera will automatically power off if left idle for three seconds.

1. From the liveview screen, tap the icon to enter the mode switch page.

2. Tap to select a lens mode:

• 360°: Panoramic mode, which uses both lenses.

• Single Lens: Uses one lens for shooting.

3. Swipe to select a specific shooting mode. Different lens modes support different shooting modes.

In 360° Mode:

• Slide in the center of the screen to adjust the view.

• Tap the recenter icon to recenter the view.

• Tap the switch icon to switch between front and rear views.

Note: These operations only change what is shown on the screen and do not affect the recorded spherical video.

In Single Lens Mode:

• Tap the switch icon to switch between the front and rear lenses.

1. Swipe up from the bottom of the liveview screen to access the parameters for the current shooting mode (e.g., Resolution, Frame Rate).

2. Tap the menu icon to enable special recording features like Pre-Rec or Loop Recording.

3. Tap ‘RS’ to set the EIS (Electronic Image Stabilization) mode.

4. In the liveview, tap the image/audio parameters icon, then tap PRO to adjust professional parameters like D-Log M.

Once you have set the parameters, swipe down from the top of the screen to return to the liveview.

You can set the EIS mode by tapping RS in the shooting parameters menu.

• Off: Records video with the largest Field of View (FOV) without stabilization.

• RockSteady: Stabilizes footage while retaining the dynamics of movement, suitable for first-person perspective shooting.

• HorizonSteady: Eliminates roll axis jitters within 360°, ensuring the image remains level and stable even during intense bumps or turns.

Swipe down from the top of the touchscreen to enter the Control Center. You can swipe left or right to view all options. To exit the Control Center and return to the liveview, swipe up from the bottom of the screen.

In the Control Center, you can save your current shooting settings as a custom mode. After saving, you can quickly switch to this mode using the touchscreen or the Quick Switch button.

The DJI OSMO 360 can connect to two DJI wireless microphone transmitters simultaneously. To connect them:

1. Enter the Control Center and select Wireless Microphone.

2. Follow the on-screen instructions for linking.

Once linked, you can use the transmitter to control the camera to start recording, with audio being captured by the transmitter. You can also enable “Built-in Mic Audio Backup” to record audio from the camera’s internal microphone as a separate .wav file.

First, enable Gesture Control in the Control Center. Once enabled, you can use specific hand gestures to take photos or to start and stop recording video.

Access the Storage settings from the Control Center to check camera storage information. If a microSD card is inserted, all images can be stored to it. You can tap “Storage” to format the internal storage or the microSD card. Be aware that formatting will permanently delete all data, so make sure to back up any required files beforehand.

In 360° > Selfie Mode, the DJI OSMO 360 records only the area on the selfie stick side, which can be used with official editing software to create wide-angle videos with the invisible selfie stick effect.

1. Enable Wi-Fi and Bluetooth on your mobile device. Launch the DJI Mimo app and tap the camera icon on the home screen.

2. Once connected to the DJI OSMO 360, tap the Playback icon to preview photos and videos.

3. Tap the download icon to save photos and videos to your mobile device.

Power on the DJI OSMO 360 and connect it to a computer using the provided USB cable. A pop-up will appear on the camera’s screen. Tap “Transfer File: USB” to download the files to your computer. During file transfer, the camera cannot take photos or record videos. If a transfer is interrupted, reconnect the device to the computer.

1. Keep the lens surface clean and scratch-free to avoid affecting image quality.

2. After shooting, attach the rubber lens protector to the camera. Keep the inside of the protector clean to prevent dirt or scratches on the lens.

• DO NOT use non-official batteries. DJI takes no responsibility for any damage caused by them.

• Discharge and charge the battery completely once every three months to keep it in good condition.

• When the battery voltage is too low, it will enter a low-power state. Charging it will exit this mode.

• DO NOT store the battery for an extended period after it has been fully discharged, as this may cause over-discharge and irreparable damage.

• If the battery will not be used for 10 days or more, discharge it to 40-65% capacity. This can greatly extend the battery life.

• The DJI OSMO 360 camera unit can be used underwater at depths of up to 10 m.

• The camera may stitch images incorrectly when shooting panoramic videos underwater because water bends light differently than air. It is not recommended to use the camera alone for underwater panoramic shooting.

• Ensure the battery and its compartment are dry and clean before inserting the battery to maintain waterproofing.

• Make sure the battery compartment cover is firmly fastened, with no red marks visible.

• Avoid jumping into water at high speed with the product, as the impact may result in water seepage.

1. Rinse the camera with tap water after underwater use. Allow it to dry naturally before using it again. Wipe the surface of the camera with a soft, dry cloth.

2. DO NOT dry the camera with hot air from a hair dryer, as this can rupture the microphone and breathable membranes, compromising its waterproof ability.

3. If you need to replace the battery after use in water, open the battery compartment cover facing downward to prevent water from entering. Wipe off any water droplets in the gaps and clean the red waterproof rubber ring.

• DO NOT spill any liquids containing alcohol or cleansing solution on the camera.

• If microphone holes, heat dissipation slots, or other parts are blocked by sand, rinse with fresh water while the camera is in a sealed waterproof state.

• Clean the lens with a lens cleaning pen, lens air blower, or lens cleaning cloth.

• Clean the battery and battery compartment with a clean, dry cloth.

• Ensure the quick-release slots on the camera are clear of dust and sand before attaching the Quick-Release Adapter Mount.
