To clean the BOSCH FLEXIDOME MICRO 3100I NUV-3703-F02, do not use liquid cleaners or aerosol cleaners. Regarding installation and operation:

The unit must have a valid IP address and a compatible subnet mask to operate on your network. By default, DHCP is pre-set at the factory to On. To connect:

1. Start the web browser (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Mozilla Firefox).

2. Enter the IP address of the device as the URL.

3. During the initial installation, confirm any security questions that show.

If you cannot connect, the unit may have reached its maximum number of connections.

The device is password-protected. The first time any user accesses the device, they will be prompted to set a service-level password. The password must obey these conditions:

8 to 19 characters in length.

Upper and lower case letters.

Minimum of 1 digit.

Minimum of 1 special character.

Note that the following special characters are not allowed: ‘@’, ‘&’, ‘<', '>‘, ‘:’, ‘+’.

After the connection is established, the Live page is initially displayed showing the live video image. To view a live stream of a selected video channel:

1. On the left side of the browser, expand the Connection group if necessary.

2. Click the Stream drop-down arrow to see the options.

3. Select the stream you wish to view.

Click the full-screen icon to view the selected stream in full-screen mode; press Esc on the keyboard to return to the normal viewing window.

To export recorded video via the browser interface:

1. On the left side of the browser, expand the Export group if necessary.

2. Select a track in the track list or in the search results.

3. The start and stop date and time are filled for the selected track. If necessary, change the times.

4. In the Time lapse drop-down box, select “Original” to export the recorded video as its original, or “Condensed” to export the recorded video condensed to the given output time.

5. In the Location drop-down box, select a target.

6. Click Export to save the video track.

Control playback using the buttons below the video image on the Playback page. The buttons have the following functions:

Start/Pause playback.

Select the playback (forward or backward) speed using the speed regulator.

Step forward or backward frame-by-frame when paused (small arrows).

Additionally, you can use the time bar for navigation. Change the time interval displayed by clicking the plus or minus icons or use the mouse scroll wheel.

To create a new user, go to the User Management section and follow these steps:

1. Click Add in the section below Authentication modes.

2. In the “User” box, fill in the “User name” field with a name between 5 and 31 characters.

3. Select the appropriate “Group” (authorization level): live, user, IVA configuration, or service.

4. For “Type,” select “Password” for a new password or “Certificate” for a certificate authorization.

5. If using a password, enter a password between 8 and 19 characters, containing upper/lower case letters, digits, and special characters (! ? ” # $ % ( ) { } [ ] * – = . , ; ^ _ | ~ \). Enter it a second time to confirm.

6. Click Set to confirm and create the new user.

Navigate to the Date/Time configuration page. Ensure recording is stopped before syncing.

1. Enter the current date. The day of the week is added automatically.

2. Enter the current time or click the “Sync to PC” button to copy your computer’s system time to the camera.

3. Click Set to apply changes.

Alternatively, you can configure a Time server address to receive a time signal via RFC 868, SNTP, or TLS protocols.

In the Camera settings under the Installer Menu:

Click the Enabled or Disabled check-box to switch the Camera LED on or off.

Select “Auto disable” to let the camera determine when the LED should be switched off. In this mode, the Camera LED activates when powering on the camera for the first time and deactivates automatically after 5 minutes.

The White balance options allow the device to adjust for optimal color reproduction. The available modes are:

Click Hold to put ATW on hold and save the current color settings. The mode changes to manual.

Privacy Masks block specific areas of a scene. To configure a mask:

1. Select the color of the mask (Auto, Black, Gray, White, or Custom color).

2. Select the mask number from the drop-down list.

3. Click the plus button.

4. Adjust the mask in the image by double-clicking edges to add/remove nodes and dragging nodes to position them.

5. Check the “Enabled” check box to activate the related mask.

6. Click the Set button to apply the changes.

A total of eight masks can be in view at the same time.

To format storage media:

1. Click a storage medium in the Managed storage media list to select it.

2. Click Edit below the list.

3. Click Format in the new window to delete all recordings in the storage medium.

4. Click OK to close the window.

To wipe storage media (delete all data without recreating a valid file structure):

1. Click a storage medium in the Managed storage media list to select it.

2. Click Edit below the list.

3. Click Wipe in the new window.

4. Click Close to close the window.

Always click Set to apply changes.

Navigate to the Maintenance page under the Service configuration.

To update via a file:

1. Store the firmware file on your hard disk.

2. Enter the full path for the firmware file in the field or click Browse… to locate and select the file.

3. Click Upload to begin transferring the file to the device.

The device will reboot automatically when the upload is completed successfully. Do not interrupt the firmware installation.

A factory default deletes all camera settings including passwords and network settings. Only perform this if you have no other option.

1. Apply power to the camera.

2. Remove the camera bubble to access the reset button.

3. Find the hardware reset button on the camera block.

4. Push and hold the reset button for more than 10 seconds. The red LED indicator on the device will begin flashing to show that the hardware reset started.

5. Let the camera complete a self-check. When the self-check completes, the red LED will turn off.

6. Search again for the IP address, access the camera via browser, and set the initial password.

To configure the Recording Scheduler:

1. Click the profile to be assigned in the “Time periods” box.

2. Click a field in the table and, while holding down the left mouse button, drag the cursor across all of the fields to be assigned to the selected profile (in 15-minute intervals).

3. Use “Select All” to assign all intervals or “No recordings” to deselect intervals.

4. Click Set to save the settings.

To activate the schedule, click Start. To modify the configuration, click Stop first.
