1. I purchased your humidifier model MH-509 from Ace Hardware & the ceramic filter/plug on the bottom was missing. I know I can return it for a refund but I wanted to keep it & figured that I can get a filter/plug by calling them but that didn’t work out ! They wanted me to purchase one & that is not right ! I paid over $80 with tax & they want another($9.98 plus $5.00 S/H) $14.98 for something that should have been with what I paid for originally ? I don’t want to pay twice for this missing part so that puts a bad taste in my mouth 😫 and now reflects on Air Innovations ! After the way they just treated me, a customer, I’LL NEVER EVER PURCHASE A PRODUCT made by AIR INNOVATIONS AGAIN !!! Never, EVER 😠😠😢😥😠 ! ! ! SHAME ON THEM….. SHAME, SHAME, SHAME ! I’m so upset 😡 about this that I feel like tossing that humidifier in the GARBAGE ! If their customer service is this bad 👎 I’m wondering if their products are the same & garbage is what this is ? Thanks, Air Innovations . . . Thanks for nothing !

2. I’m sorry Ace Hardware, in my comments, it sounds like I’m blaming you & I’m not ! I’m blaming the manufacturer of that humidifier which is AIR INNOVATIONS ! That’s who I called & talked to ! Air Innovations. What a joke they are & I don’t want anyone confusing this with you !
