How do I charge the WE-VIBE MOXIE and what do the indicator lights mean during charging?
To charge your WE-VIBE MOXIE, connect the included USB charging cable to the charging contacts on the device and a USB power source.
Charging Time: A full charge may take up to 2 hours, but typically takes 90 minutes. The time depends on the amount of charge remaining in the battery.
Indicator Light Status:
Fast Blinking Light: The device is charging.
Solid Light: The device is fully charged.
Light Off: There is no power, or the charging cable is not properly placed.
Additional Charging Information:
There is no need to drain the battery before recharging.
If you use a computer’s USB port, the WE-VIBE MOXIE will not charge if the computer goes into sleep mode. Any USB power adapter can be used for charging.
The WE-VIBE MOXIE will not charge if it is too hot (+45 degrees Celsius). Charging will begin automatically once the temperature reaches a safe level.

How does the Extended Sleep Mode work on the WE-VIBE MOXIE?
To preserve battery life, your WE-VIBE MOXIE is set to enter sleep mode after 30 minutes of inactivity. This includes periods with no changes to vibration patterns or intensity settings. You can update this setting to keep the device on standby for up to 4 hours before it enters sleep mode.
To update the sleep mode setting:
Step 1. Pair your WE-VIBE MOXIE using the We-Connect™ app.
Step 2. Go to Settings > Device Settings > We-Vibe Sleep Timeout.
Step 3. Update the time setting.
If your WE-VIBE MOXIE enters sleep mode, simply re-pair it with the app when you’re ready to play again.
How do I reset the Bluetooth® connection on my WE-VIBE MOXIE?
The WE-VIBE MOXIE uses Bluetooth® bonding for advanced security, which prevents other signals from disrupting your wireless connection. It pairs with and trusts only two controllers (phones and/or remotes) at a time, though it only connects with one at a time. To change a trusted controller, you must reset the device.
To reset the WE-VIBE MOXIE:
Step 1. Press and hold the control button on the WE-VIBE MOXIE down for 10 seconds. If the device is on, the LED will flash at the 5-second mark and then flash quickly once you’ve reached 10 seconds.
Step 2. Remove the WE-VIBE MOXIE from the Bluetooth device list on your phone.
Step 3. Pair the WE-VIBE MOXIE with the new controller (phone or remote).
