How do I charge my Tango or Touch for the first time?
Charge your Tango by We-Vibe or Touch by We-Vibe for 90 minutes before first use. Attach the magnetic charging cap to the device and plug the USB cable into the charging cap and a USB power source.
How do I know when my Tango or Touch is charging or fully charged?
When charging, the light on the magnetic charging cap will be on. When the device is fully charged, the charging cap light will turn off. The light will also be off if the charging cap is disconnected. A full charge takes up to 90 minutes.
How should I prepare my Tango or Touch before first use?
After charging, wash your Tango or Touch with soap and water and dry it completely.

A small light located beside the control button will begin to flash when the battery is low and needs to be recharged. For best performance and long battery life, recharge before vibrations weaken noticeably.

Wash and fully dry your intimate massager before recharging. Plug the USB cable into the magnetic charging cap attached to the device, and then plug the USB cable into a USB port or any USB power adapter (not included), such as one used to charge a mobile phone.
Are there any special considerations when charging via a computer USB port or USB hub?
When a computer USB port is used, your Tango or Touch will not charge if your computer goes into hibernation mode. When a USB hub is used, your Tango or Touch may not charge if that hub is also charging other devices.
How long will my Tango or Touch operate on a full charge?
Your Tango or Touch will operate for up to 2 hours on a full charge, depending on the vibration mode used. Modes with higher vibration speeds will drain the battery faster.
Do I need to fully drain the battery before recharging?
No, there’s no need to drain the battery before recharging.
How long does the charge last if the device is unplugged and stored?
When your massager is unplugged, the charge is maintained for several months, but it will continually diminish over time.
How should I clean my Tango or Touch?
Clean with gentle soap and water before and after each use. Do not clean with products that contain alcohol, petrol or acetone. Do not boil, bake, microwave, or put in a dishwasher.
