What are the characteristics of the PullTIM overdoor exercise pulley?
Overdoor exercise pulley is made of a “V” shaped steel arm. Thanks to the overdoor bracket, the arm can be fixed on doors of different thickness. The device is equipped with 2 handles connected by a string, which, thanks to a system of pulleys, allow rehabilitation exercises of the upper limbs and upper torso.

What is the application of the overdoor pulley?
The pulley is used to exercise and rehabilitate the upper limbs, shoulder rim and upper torso.
What are the indications for use?
Restoration of range of motion in the joints of the upper limbs.
Contracture or muscular atrophy caused by long-term stiffening (plaster bandage or surgery).
Restoration of motor function and reconstruction of normal movement pattern (neurological problems).
How do I assemble and adjust the overdoor exercise pulley?
Slide the first pulley onto the V-wire arm with at A side (Fig. 1) and slide to the locking point.
Slide the second pulley onto the “V” arm with at B side (Fig. 1) and slide to the locking point.
Fix the V-wire arm on the overdoor bracket by inserting the A end of the V-wire into notch “A” in the overdoor bracket (Fig. 2), and then inserting the B end of the “V” arm into the notch “B” in the overdoor bracket (Fig. 2).
Hang the device on the door with the overdoor bracket.
Pull the string through both pulleys.
Pull the ends of the string through the center holes in the handles and tie them tightly at the appropriate height.
Can the device be used with only one handle?
The device can be used optionally with one handle and a small weight attached to the opposite end of the string.
What safety precautions should be taken when using this product?
CAUTION: People with severe disabilities or those who are unable to move independently should not use this product without third-party assistance.
NOTE: Inspect the device before use and make sure all parts are secure and the string shows no signs of excessive wear.
