• Check the fax machine you are sending to. It may be turned off, out of paper, or unable to receive calls. Speak with the operator of the other machine to troubleshoot.
Why are incoming faxes on my SAMSUNG XPRESS M2670 of poor quality or have blank spaces?
Poor quality on incoming faxes can be due to several reasons:
• The fax machine sending the fax to you may be faulty.
• A noisy phone line can cause line errors and degrade quality.
• To check if your machine is the issue, make a copy of a document. If the copy quality is good, the problem is likely with the sending fax machine or the phone line.
• Your machine’s toner cartridge may be low. Replace the toner cartridge if necessary.
