For first-time use or connecting to a new device, while the buds are inside the charging case, open the case and place it near the Android device for the on-screen setup to begin.

With the buds in the open case, press the setup button until the light blinks. Then, select them in your device’s Bluetooth settings.

Choose ear tips in the appropriate size for optimal comfort and sound quality. Check the accessories for ear tips in different sizes. Your NOTHING EAR A B162 buds arrive with medium size ear tips attached.

The controls on the Force Sensor are as follows:

Press:

Music: Play or pause.

Call: Answer or hang up a call.

Double-press:

Music: Skip forward.

Call: Reject a call.

Triple-press:

Music: Skip back.

Press and hold:

Switch between Active Noise Cancellation and Transparency Mode.

Yes, more options are available in the Nothing X app. Optional functions that can be customized include: play/pause, skip back, skip forward, switch noise cancellation mode, volume up, volume down, and wake up voice assistant.

When you are wearing the buds during music playback, taking them off will pause the music automatically. If you put the buds back in within 3 minutes, the music will resume automatically. If more than 3 minutes pass, you must play the music manually on your device.

Earbuds: Put the buds in the charging case and close the case to charge.

Ear case: Close the case and connect it to a power supply through the power cable delivered with the buds. If the indicator lamp on the case is flashing white, the case is charging. If it is always white, the case is fully charged.

The power level indicator shows the following:

White: The battery level is higher than 30%.

Red: The battery level is lower than 30%.

If the buds are placed in the case, the indicator lamp will flash the color relating to the battery level of the buds, not the case.

If you take the left and right bud out, the indicator lamp will flash the color relating to the battery level of the case.
