How do I install or remove the MILWAUKEE 48-32-6401 wire stripper?

Use the wire stripper with a 1/4″ hex shank impact driver or drill/driver. Only use solid gauge wire. Do not use for stranded wire. For best results, the wire should be straight, not bent/curved.

1. WARNING! Remove battery to avoid starting the tool.

2. Set the wire depth for application.

3. Install the wire stripper bit according to the power tool instructions. Ensure power tool is set in forward direction.

4. Ensure housing is fully screwed into the collar assembly.

5. Insert the battery pack in the drill/driver.

6. Pull the trigger to strip the wire.

7. If the wire is not stripped, remove the battery pack and clear out the shavings in the wire stripper by removing the cover.

8. Remove the wire stripper bit according to your power tool instructions.

9. If the blade screw comes loose, use 2.5 mm hex wrench to secure into position.
