How do I connect my LOGITECH PRO RACING WHEEL?
Your LOGITECH PRO RACING WHEEL has three main connections on the back of the wheel base:
1. USB connection to PC / console: Connects the wheel to your gaming system.
2. Peripheral ports: These are not standard USB connections. Only Logitech racing peripherals will function in these ports. Other USB peripherals will not function and should not be connected.
3. Power connector: Connects the wheel to the power outlet.
Please ensure that the power connector is fully inserted; otherwise, your PRO Wheel may not function correctly. As you insert the connector, you might feel a small click, but you can push past this until the connector is fully inserted. Do not use excessive force to insert the connector.
How do I install the LOGITECH PRO RACING WHEEL on a desk?
To install your LOGITECH PRO RACING WHEEL on a desk, follow these steps:
1. Place the wheel base on your desk and ensure the feet at the bottom are aligned against the edge.
2. Insert the clamp into the hole at the front of the wheel base.
3. Tighten the clamp by adjusting the screw handle. Once the clamp has come into contact with the desk, you only need between a half and one full turn of the handle to achieve the correct level of clamping. Do not overtighten.
Note: Be aware of your desk’s construction. Some desks with a hollow-core construction may be too thin and unable to withstand the clamping forces. It is recommended to only clamp your PRO Wheel to a desk made from a solid material, such as MDF or wood.
How do I install the LOGITECH PRO RACING WHEEL on a racing seat?
To attach your LOGITECH PRO RACING WHEEL to a racing seat, follow these instructions:
1. Use the three bolt holes on the underside of the PRO Racing wheel base to attach it to most major racing seats.
2. You will need 3 x M6X1 bolts (not included) with a maximum depth inside the wheel base of 15mm. Remember to account for the thickness of the surface that you are attaching the wheel base to.
3. Using a bolt longer than 15mm will damage the wheel unit. Use washers if needed to ensure that the bolts do not encroach too far inside the wheel base.
4. Hand tighten the bolts only. Do not use power tools.
5. You can use the included cover to fill the clamp hole when attaching to a racing seat.
WARNING: Do not use the wheel rim as leverage to assist you when getting into or out of your racing seat as this will damage your PRO Racing Wheel.
How do I attach the wheel rim to the LOGITECH PRO RACING WHEEL base?
1. Connect the wheel rim to the wheel base, ensuring that the shaft is aligned correctly.
2. Push the wheel rim onto the shaft on the wheel base until you hear the quick release ring lock into position with a “click”.
How do I power on and set up my LOGITECH PRO RACING WHEEL?
1. Power on the wheel by pressing the Power button on the front of the wheel base. The wheel rim will spin slightly to check its calibration and then center itself.
2. The settings display on the wheel base will then prompt you to choose which platform you wish to play on (e.g., XBOX or PC).
3. Use either the left or the right dial on the steering wheel to select the platform and then push the dial in until it clicks to make your selection.
– To play on your console, simply load the compatible game of your choice and start racing.
– On PC, you must first download and install the latest version of the Logitech G HUB software. Once that is installed, you can begin racing. Some titles may require you to first configure the wheel in the in-game control settings.
To power off the wheel, press and hold the power button for 2 seconds.

What should I know about the Force Feedback on the LOGITECH PRO RACING WHEEL?
Your LOGITECH PRO RACING WHEEL features a direct drive motor with TRUEFORCE technology, which integrates with game physics and audio for high-definition, real-time force feedback. Here are some important points:
• High Torque: The direct drive motor can produce very high levels of torque (up to 11 Nm). Exercise caution and set the force feedback level within the limits of the person using it.
• Not for Children: This product is not intended for use by small children.
• In-Game Crashes: If you crash, the wheel may pull itself out of your hands. Do not attempt to stop it from moving, as this may result in injury. You can usually stop the wheel by pausing the game. On PC, this is often done with the Escape key. On console, you may need to unplug the USB cable.
• Heavy Use: Under heavy use, you may notice a slight odor from the exhaust at the back of the wheel; this is normal and will fade. If you run exceptionally long racing sessions at maximum torque, parts like the quick release collar may become warm. It is recommended to let the wheel cool down before removing the wheel rim or moving the base.
How do I access and navigate the settings menu on my LOGITECH PRO RACING WHEEL?
To access the settings menu, press the Settings button on the wheel base. In this menu, you can configure settings for your wheel in 5 different onboard profiles, or if connected to a PC, adjust the active profile in G HUB.
To navigate the menu, use either of the adjustment dials on the wheel to scroll up/down menus or adjust a setting. Press the dial in to select or to confirm a selection. All settings are “live adjustable” and take effect as soon as you finish adjusting.
What settings can I adjust on the LOGITECH PRO RACING WHEEL?
You can adjust the following settings via the onboard menu:
• PROFILE: Change between 5 onboard profiles or the G HUB profile (PC only).
• STRENGTH: Set the overall peak strength of the force feedback, from 1 to 11Nm.
• TF AUDIO: Sets the strength of TRUEFORCE audio effects.
• FFB FILTER: Filters force feedback frequencies. The default AUTO setting is recommended for a smoother experience.
• DAMPENER: Alters the feel of the wheel, which can help filter over-reactions in some older game titles.
• ANGLE: Change the overall operating angle range of the wheel (up to 1080 degrees).
• BRAKE FORCE: (Requires compatible pedals) Sets the force required to achieve 100% braking.
• L PADDLE / R PADDLE: Assigns the dual clutch paddles to different axes (Clutch, Gas, Brake, Handbrake, Axis A, Axis B).
• RPM MODE: Choose from several preset RPM LED patterns.
• RPM BRIGHT: Adjusts the brightness of the RPM LEDs.
• HOME SCREEN: Change what is shown on the display when not in the settings menu (Dynamic, Test, Profile, Torque).
• COMPATIBILITY: Enable G923 compatibility mode for certain games.
• PLATFORM: Force the wheel to always start on a specific platform (Console or PC) instead of prompting at startup.
How do I set up and use the dual clutch on my LOGITECH PRO RACING WHEEL?
Setting the Dual Clutch Bite Point:
1. In the game you want to use, start a practice or time trial session in your car of choice.
2. Navigate to the D Clutch Bite setting on the Settings display of your PRO Wheel.
3. Fully press the left Dual Clutch Paddle, select 1st gear using the gear paddle, and engage full gas/throttle.
4. While keeping the left Dual Clutch Paddle fully pressed, use the right adjustment dial on the wheel to adjust the value on the display until you see the car begin to move onscreen.
5. Experiment with standing starts using the steps below to fine-tune the value until you are happy with the traction.
Using the Dual Clutch for a Race Start:
1. At the race start, fully depress both of the Dual Clutch Paddles.
2. Select first gear using the Gear Up Paddle and fully depress the gas pedal.
3. As soon as you get the green light for race start, immediately release the right Dual Clutch Paddle. The car should start moving as the bite point of the clutch is engaged.
4. Smoothly release the left Dual Clutch Paddle to achieve maximum traction.
What is the G923 compatibility mode on the LOGITECH PRO RACING WHEEL?
On PC, some racing titles may not automatically recognize the PRO Wheel. While you can usually reconfigure the controls, it may be easier to enable the G923 compatibility mode.
When you choose this option, the wheel will restart and appear to the PC/console as a G923 wheel. Games with native support for the G923 will then automatically set up the wheel correctly. In this mode, many settings are unavailable, and the Dual Clutch paddles will only function as Gas and Brake. It is recommended to remain in the standard PRO Wheel mode whenever possible to have access to the full feature set.
How do I use Logitech G HUB software with my LOGITECH PRO RACING WHEEL?
Logitech G HUB enables several features for your LOGITECH PRO RACING WHEEL:

7. To finish, rename the pattern by selecting the “RPM LEDs 1” text at the top, typing your own name, and clicking Save at the bottom.
How do I perform maintenance on my LOGITECH PRO RACING WHEEL?
To keep your LOGITECH PRO RACING WHEEL clean and operating well, perform the following maintenance:
Regular maintenance (weekly):
• Vacuum the front grill of the wheel base to prevent build-up of dust.
• Clean the body and wheel rim with a damp, lint-free cloth, ensuring that there is no excess water present in the cloth.
Every 200 hours:
• Clean the outside surface of the quick release adapter on the wheel base using an isopropyl alcohol wipe.
How do I update the firmware on my LOGITECH PRO RACING WHEEL?
