How do I charge the LILY / NEA / YVA / IDA?

Before charging, ensure the DC socket is free from water or lubricant residue. Blowing into the socket can help remove water.

Gently insert the DC plug into the DC socket until you feel a subtle click.
Insert the mains plug into the wall socket. The LED will pulse to indicate charging.

Charging takes approximately 2 hours. When fully charged, the LED will emit a steady glow.

How do I know when the battery is low?

If the battery is running low, the LED indicator will emit a red glow, instead of white, when an interface button is pushed, prompting you to charge the device.

Can I use the LILY / NEA / YVA / IDA while charging?

No, do NOT use your LILY / NEA / YVA / IDA while it is charging.

Are there any charging precautions?

Do NOT charge for more than 24 hours continuously.
Only use the original chargers provided by LELO.

How do I turn on and control the LILY / NEA / YVA / IDA?

The interface buttons control the on/off function, vibration intensity, and stimulation modes. The LED indicates when the interface is active.

Turn On / Increase Intensity: Hold down the + button to activate your device. Continue pressing it to increase vibration until you reach the desired intensity.
Decrease Intensity: Press the – button to decrease vibration intensity.
Turn Off: Hold down the – button. The vibration intensity will decrease until the device turns completely off.

How do I lock and unlock the interface?

To prevent accidental activation, especially during transport, you should lock the interface.

To lock: Hold down both the + and – buttons simultaneously for five seconds. The LED will light up and then go dark to indicate it is locked.
To unlock: Repeat the process of holding down both buttons for five seconds until the LED lights up.

Note: Charging the device will automatically unlock the interface.

How do I access the different stimulation modes?

Your LILY / NEA / YVA / IDA starts in continuous vibration mode (Mode 1). To access the other four modes:

Press and hold the + button until the vibration intensity reaches maximum.
Release the + button, then press and hold it again. The device will enter the second stimulation mode (Mode 2).
Press the + button repeatedly to cycle through modes 2, 3, 4, and 5.
To return to the continuous vibration mode (Mode 1) from any other mode, press the – button.

What are the stimulation modes?

The device has five programmed stimulation modes:

How can I use temperature play with the YVA model?

The YVA model is made from stainless steel or 18K gold plate, allowing for temperature play.

To warm: Hold YVA in your hands or against your skin for a few minutes.
To cool: Place YVA in the fridge until its surface temperature meets your needs.

What type of lubricant should I use?

For LILY / NEA: LELO recommends NOT using a silicone-based lubricant, as this could make the silicone permanently tacky. A water-based lubricant is the safest option. If you wish to use a silicone-based lubricant, perform a patch test first.
For YVA: YVA is suitable for both silicone- and water-based lubricants.
Important: Never use massage oil or hand cream as lubricants for either LILY / NEA or YVA.

How should I clean the LILY / NEA / YVA / IDA?

Always clean your device thoroughly before and after each use.

Wash the body (paying special attention to the pleasure point) with warm water and antibacterial soap.
Rinse with clean hot water.
Pat dry with a lint-free cloth or towel.

Avoid submerging the device and getting water into the DC socket or around the interface buttons. Never use cleansers containing alcohol, petrol, or acetone.

How should I store the LILY / NEA / YVA / IDA?

Store your device in a dust-free place.
Keep it away from toys made of other materials.
Avoid leaving your device in direct sunlight.
NEVER expose it to extreme heat.

Troubleshooting: What if the LED does not pulse when the charger is connected?

There are a few possibilities:

The battery is already fully charged.
The battery was completely drained and may require several minutes to acknowledge the charger before the LED begins pulsing.
The charger is not properly connected. Check the connection at both the wall socket and the DC socket on the device.

Troubleshooting: What if the LILY / NEA / YVA / IDA does not activate when the + button is pressed?

There are two main possibilities:

The battery is empty. Recharge your device.
The interface is locked. Unlock it by holding down both the + and – buttons for 5 seconds until the LED lights up.

Troubleshooting: What if the LILY / NEA / YVA / IDA cannot be switched off or the interface buttons do not respond?

The microprocessor may be temporarily malfunctioning. Connect the charger to the device; this should restore the function to normal.
