How do I operate the ENIGMA™ Double Sonic without the LELO™ App?
- Before the first use, charge your ENIGMA™ Double Sonic for 2 hours.
- Press the + or the (()) button to turn it on.
- Press the (()) button to switch between 8 modes.
- Use the + and the – buttons to increase or decrease the intensity.
- Press and hold the (()) button or the + and the – button simultaneously to turn it off.
How do I use the ENIGMA™ Double Sonic with the LELO™ App?
- Before the first use, charge your ENIGMA™ Double Sonic for 2 hours. DOWNLOAD THE IOS / ANDROID version of the LELO™ App.
- Press the (()) button for 3 seconds to turn it on while activating the Bluetooth on your phone.
- All the LED lights will blink simultaneously, showing the Bluetooth pairing is active.
- Open the LELO™ App and locate the toy icon on the bottom of the screen. Find your ENIGMA™ Double Sonic and select “Connect”.
- Press and hold the button on your device. Confirm the connection by pressing the button on your product again when prompted in the app.
- Go to “MY LELO TOYS” and select “PLAY”.
- Choose between 3 different regular modes (Manual, Screw, Shake) or 2 additional advanced modes (Finish Me Off and Out Of Control).
- Go to “SETTINGS” to set your device according to your preferences.
- Click the “SAVE” button at the bottom of your screen to save settings for offline use.
- Use the drop-down menu to set the default auto power off time (from 10-20 minutes).
- You can check the battery level in the upper left corner of the app screen.
How should I hold and place the ENIGMA™ Double Sonic?
Hold the device comfortably in your hand using the main body for grip. The larger, curved end is designed for internal stimulation (Vagina), while the external arm with the sonic wave technology is intended for clitoral stimulation (Clitoris, Outer labia, Inner labia). How do I charge the ENIGMA™ Double Sonic?
- Insert the DC plug into the DC port at the base of your ENIGMA™ Double Sonic.
- Insert the mains (USB) plug into a USB Port (e.g., computer, USB wall adapter).
- The LED on the interface will pulse to indicate it is charging.
- When it is fully charged (up to 2 hours), the LED will emit a steady glow.
- When the battery is running low, the LED will emit a blinking white light.
How do I clean and store the ENIGMA™ Double Sonic?
- The ENIGMA™ Double Sonic is fully waterproof, making cleaning simple.
- Always clean it thoroughly before and after each use.
- You can wash the silicone with warm water and antibacterial soap, rinse with clean hot water, and pat dry with a lint-free cloth or towel.
- Alternatively, rinse and spray with LELO Toy Cleaner, then rinse again and allow it to dry.
- Never use cleansers containing alcohol, petrol, or acetone.
- Avoid leaving your ENIGMA™ Double Sonic in direct sunlight, and NEVER expose it to extreme heat.

- The battery may be completely drained and will require several minutes to acknowledge that it is being charged. Wait a few minutes.
- Check that the charger is properly connected. Check both the wall/USB port socket and the DC socket on the device.
Troubleshooting: My ENIGMA™ Double Sonic does not activate when the (()) button is pressed. What’s wrong?
- The battery may be empty. Recharge your ENIGMA™ Double Sonic.
