How do I charge my LILY / NEA / YVA?
Before charging, ensure the DC socket is free from water or lubricant residue. You can blow into the DC socket to clear it.
- Gently insert the DC plug into the DC socket on the device until you feel a subtle click.
- Insert the mains plug into a wall socket.
How long does it take to charge the LILY / NEA / YVA, and how long does a charge last?
A full charge takes approximately 2 hours. A fully charged device provides up to 7 hours of use. The standby time is up to 90 days.
Are there any important precautions for charging?
Yes, please note the following:
- Do NOT use your LILY / NEA / YVA while it is charging.
- Do NOT charge the device for more than 24 consecutive hours.
- Only use the original charger provided by LELO.
How do I know if the battery is running low?
If the battery is running low, the LED indicator will emit a red glow (instead of white) when an interface button is pushed, prompting you to charge the device.
How do I turn my LILY / NEA / YVA on and adjust the vibration intensity?
- To turn on and increase vibration intensity: Hold down the + button. Continue pressing it until you reach the desired intensity. The LED will light up when a button is pressed, indicating the interface is active.
- To decrease vibration intensity: Press the – button.
How do I turn my LILY / NEA / YVA off?
To turn off the device, hold down the – button. The vibration intensity will decrease until the device switches off completely.
How do I lock and unlock the interface buttons?
To prevent accidental activation, especially during transport:
- To lock: Hold down both the + and – buttons simultaneously for five seconds. The LED will light up and then go dark, indicating the device is locked.
- To unlock: Repeat the process – hold down both buttons for five seconds until the LED lights up.
How do I access the different stimulation modes?
Your LILY / NEA / YVA starts in continuous vibration mode (Mode 1) when first turned on. To access the other four modes:
- Turn the device on.
- Hold down the + button until the vibration intensity reaches maximum.
- Release the + button, then immediately hold it down again. The device will enter the second stimulation mode (Mode 2).
- You can then cycle through modes 2, 3, 4, and 5 by pressing the + button.
- To return to the continuous vibration mode (Mode 1) from modes 2-5, press the – button.
What are the different stimulation modes?
The LILY / NEA / YVA has five programmed stimulation modes:

- To cool: Place YVA in the fridge until it reaches your desired temperature.
How should I clean my LILY / NEA / YVA?
Always clean your device thoroughly before and after each use.
- Wash the body, paying special attention to the pleasure point, with warm water and antibacterial soap.
- Rinse with clean hot water.
- Pat dry with a lint-free cloth or towel.
What type of lubricant should I use?
- For LILY / NEA: It is recommended that you NOT use silicone-based lubricants, as this could make the silicone surface permanently tacky. A water-based lubricant is the safest option. If you wish to try a silicone-based lubricant, perform a patch test first.
- For YVA: This model is suitable for use with both silicone- and water-based lubricants.
- For all models: Never use massage oil or hand cream as lubricants.
How should I store my LILY / NEA / YVA?
Store your device in a dust-free place and keep it away from toys made of other materials. Avoid leaving it in direct sunlight and NEVER expose it to extreme heat. For the YVA model, also be aware it should NEVER be stored or used at temperatures under 2 degrees Centigrade.
Troubleshooting: The LED doesn’t pulse when the charger is connected. What should I do?
There are a few possibilities:
- The battery might be fully charged (indicated by a steady LED glow if recently unplugged).
- The battery might be completely drained and requires several minutes connected to the charger before it starts pulsing.
- The charger might not be properly connected. Check the connection at the wall socket and the DC socket on the device.
Troubleshooting: My LILY / NEA / YVA doesn’t activate when I press the + button. What’s wrong?
This could be due to two reasons:
- The battery is empty. Recharge your device.
- The interface is locked. Unlock it by holding down both the + and – buttons for 5 seconds until the LED lights up.
Troubleshooting: My LILY / NEA / YVA won’t switch off, or the interface buttons aren’t responding. How can I fix this?
The microprocessor might be temporarily malfunctioning. Connect the charger to the device; this should restore normal function.
