How do I unlock the LELO LIV™ 3 for the first time?
Your pleasure object is locked for transportation. To unlock it, you can either connect the charger or press and hold the + and – buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds.

How do I use the LELO LIV™ 3 without the app?
- Before the first use, charge your LIV™ 3 for 2 hours.
- Press the + or the (()) button to turn it on.
- Press the (()) button to switch between the 8 available modes.
- Use the + and – buttons to increase or decrease the vibration intensity.
- To turn off the device, press and hold the (()) button. Alternatively, press and hold the + and – buttons simultaneously to turn it off and lock it.
How do I use the LELO LIV™ 3 with the LELO™ App?
- Before the first use, charge your LIV™ 3 for 2 hours.
- Download the LELO™ App (iOS / Android version).
- Press and hold the (()) button on the LIV™ 3 for 3 seconds to turn it on and activate Bluetooth. All LED lights will blink simultaneously, indicating Bluetooth pairing mode.
- Open the LELO™ App and locate the toy icon at the bottom of the screen.
- Find your LIV™ 3 in the app and select “Connect”.
- Press and hold the button on your device as prompted by the app. Confirm the connection by pressing the button on your product again when asked.
- Navigate to “MY LELO TOYS” and select “PLAY”.
- Choose from 3 regular modes (Manual, Screw, Shake) or 2 advanced modes (Finish Me Off, Out Of Control).
- Go to “SETTINGS” to customize your device preferences.
- Click the “SAVE” button at the bottom of the screen to save settings for offline use.
- Use the drop-down menu in settings to set the default auto power-off time (10-20 minutes). The battery level is displayed in the upper left corner of the app.

How should I hold and place the LELO LIV™ 3 during use?
Hold the device comfortably in your hand. The curved tip is designed for G-spot massage but can also be used externally on areas like the clitoris, outer labia, and inner labia, or internally within the vagina, according to your preference.
Does the LELO LIV™ 3 shut off automatically?
Yes, after 20 minutes of inactivity, the LIV™ 3 will automatically shut down to save battery power. This can be adjusted in the app settings (10-20 minutes).
Should I use lubricant with the LELO LIV™ 3?
Yes, for a more pleasurable sensation, apply a liberal amount of LELO Personal Moisturizer (or another water-based lubricant) to your body and to the LIV™ 3 before and during use. Avoid using silicone-based lubricants or hand creams, as they may make the silicone permanently tacky.
How do I charge the LELO LIV™ 3?
- Insert the provided DC plug into the DC port at the base of your LIV™ 3.
- Insert the other end (mains plug/USB) into a USB port for charging.

- When the battery is running low, the LED will emit a blinking white light.

How do I clean and store the LELO LIV™ 3?
- The LIV™ 3 is fully waterproof. Rinse and spray with LELO Toy Cleaner, then rinse again and allow it to air dry.
- Alternatively, wash the silicone part thoroughly before and after each use with warm water and antibacterial soap. Rinse with clean hot water and pat dry with a lint-free cloth or towel.
- Never use cleansers containing alcohol, petrol, or acetone.
- Avoid leaving your LIV™ 3 in direct sunlight and NEVER expose it to extreme heat.
- Store your LIV™ 3 in a dust-free place (like the provided pouch) and keep it away from products made of other materials to prevent potential degradation.
What should I do if the LED on my LIV™ 3 doesn’t pulse when the charger is connected?
- The battery might be completely drained and will require several minutes connected to the charger to acknowledge the charge and start pulsing.
- Check that the charger is properly connected to both the device (DC port) and the power source (USB port/wall socket).
What should I do if my LIV™ 3 doesn’t activate when the (()) button is pressed?
- The battery may be empty. Recharge your LIV™ 3 fully (up to 2 hours).
