How do I get started with my LELO massager (INA Wave™, MONA Wave™, LOKI Wave™)?
To get the most out of your new LELO product, please follow these steps:
- Before first use, charge the massager for 2 hours.
- Given the nature of intimate massagers, we recommend you always use a premium water-based lubricant for added comfort.
- Turn on the massager by pressing the button on the middle of the interface until the light turns on.
- Press the + and – buttons to increase or decrease the vibration intensity.
- Press the ▲ and ▼ arrows to explore the 10 modes available.
- Press the middle button to turn off. Your LELO will remember your last chosen mode for the next time you turn it on.
How do I charge my LELO massager?
Before charging, make sure the DC socket is free from water or lubricant residue.
- Gently insert the DC plug into the DC socket, deep enough to feel a subtle click.
- Insert the main plug into a wall socket. The LED will pulse to indicate that your LELO is charging.
- When fully charged (after approximately 2 hours), the LED will emit a steady glow.
- The LED indicator glows red when your LELO product needs to be recharged.
- Only use original chargers provided by LELO.
How do I operate my INA, MONA or LOKI Wave™ massager?
On/Off, vibration intensity, waving motions and stimulation modes are all controlled with the interface. When any of the buttons are pressed, the LED will indicate that the interface is active.
- Push the On/Off button in the middle of the interface to activate or to turn off your LELO product.
- Press the + button to increase vibration intensity.
- At any time, press the – button to decrease vibration intensity.
- Push the ▲ button to cycle through the various stimulation modes. There are 10 in total.
- Push the ▼ button to return to a previous mode.
- Your LELO automatically remembers and saves the last stimulation setting you were last using, so that the next time you turn it on, it will start at your preferred mode.
How do I lock or unlock my LELO massager?
Press and hold the + and – buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds to unlock or lock your LELO product. The lock setting will prevent accidental activation of the device. Charging will automatically unlock your LELO product.
How do the stimulation modes work on the INA, MONA and LOKI Wave™?
The INA, MONA and LOKI Wave have been programmed with stimulation varieties that take full advantage of the waving movements and massaging vibrations for intimate pleasure. When you first turn the massager on, it will be in wave mode with a continuous vibration. Press the ▲ and ▼ buttons to move through the 10 different modes and enjoy all the sensations.
What type of lubricant should I use with my LELO massager?
LELO recommends that you use a water-based lubricant such as LELO’s Personal Moisturizer. Avoid using a silicone-based lubricant as this could make the silicone permanently tacky. If you wish to use a silicone-based lubricant, perform a patch test first. Never use massage oil or hand cream as lubricants with your LELO.
How should I clean and store my LELO massager?
Proper maintenance and care will greatly increase your product’s lifespan.
- Always clean your LELO thoroughly before and after each use.
- The most effective way is to use a purpose-made cleaning solution such as LELO’s Antibacterial Cleaning Spray.
- Alternatively, wash the silicone with warm water and antibacterial soap, rinse with clean hot water, and pat dry with a lint-free cloth or towel.
- Never use cleansers containing alcohol, petrol or acetone.
- Your LELO is 100% waterproof and submersible to a depth of 1 meter. The open charging socket is sealed, so it can be cleaned and used underwater freely.
- Avoid leaving your LELO in direct sunlight and NEVER expose it to extreme heat.
- Store your LELO in a dust-free place and keep it away from toys of other materials.
Are there any safety precautions I should be aware of?
IMPORTANT: For Adult Use Only. Those who may be pregnant, have a pacemaker, diabetes, phlebitis or thrombosis should consult with a medical professional regarding the risk of blood clots before using any personal massage product.
Why doesn’t my massager’s light pulse when the charger is connected?
There could be a few reasons:
- The battery is already fully charged.
- The battery is completely drained and will require several minutes connected to the charger to acknowledge that it is being charged.
- The charger is not properly connected. Check both the wall socket and the DC socket connection to the massager.
Why won’t my massager turn on when the middle button is pressed?
There are two likely reasons:
- The interface is locked. Press and hold the + and – buttons together for 3 seconds to unlock.
- The battery is empty. Proceed to recharge your massager.
